Hola buenas noches tengo una linda experiencia sobre este lugar ya que e sido paciente desde hace algunos años y afortunadamente me an tratado de lo mejor tanto su personal como sus doctores (as) y sus asistentes son personas muy lindas y muy atentas y se entregan a su trabajo al 100% es por eso que tengo una buena y bonita experiencia y sus asistentes enfrente son buenas y lindas personas ellas están atentas y están pendientes de la citas de los pacientes siempre se toman todo el tiempo para llamarles para recordar de nuestras citas para mi es una experiencia única por eso yo recomiendo esta clinica ya que también tratan de ayudar de lo mejor para que nos den un buen y económico servicio ????????????????????

When I chose to get it removed they went back on what they quoted me on paper and suddenly can$0027t do the extraction. They do ZERO financial help, sliding scale is a scam to get you in. I did it at night and next morning they got to me gave my info, they gave me a call scheduled an emergency appointment. The front lady is super friendly and nice, don$0027t know her name but she has blonde short hair. The staff the Dr all were great. I really recommend this place .

Edit: updated review – once I got connected with them, they were organized, personable, and competent. Pace of services is a bit slow, today I got an exam and they wanted to schedule my next appointment (for a cleaning) over 2 months in the future. And then another appointment after that. This is, I guess, the tradeoff for discount services. I feel confident recommending them now. (4 stars)
I$0027ve left them 4 phone messages over the course of 3 weeks or so, saying I was a new patient and asking for a call back, and they have never gotten back to me. I give generous leeway for nonprofits not having identical customer service to for-profit corporations, but this is something else. I will try another location and hope for a different experience. (1 star)

on march 19th 2015 I went to the community Dental Care Vickery Meadow on Park ln in Dallas And I had a molar that was almost too bad to be saved and to my fortune Dr Vu and her lovely assistant took care of me with the most professional attitude and expertise I have ever received.
Dr Vu was extremely patient ,caring ,professional and above all she went the extra mile to save my tooth.Due to the difficult process , I noticed she did her best to work on my mouth and from the very beginning she and her assistant were very pleasant, explaining the procedure in detail and making me feel very comfortable.
I was very happy that she actually saved my tooth and also put a smile on my face that is going to last for a awhile./.. We celebrate people like her and her assistant . Kudos to you and may this type of doctors continue making a change in the community. A million thanks!!!!!
