The office staff are very friendly and professional. The office manager, Dana, is awesome. Dr.Sanchez is very knowledgeable and accommodating. I have been in need of a good dentist and have finally found one at Ideal Dental. Its unbelievable how nice these people are….seriously. They are also considerate of your budget. Also, they have all new state of the art equipment and the office is very clean. The service is upscale but the staff are down to earth.

I did not have any dental treatment for years and I was very hesitant, nervous, and mildly anxious to come in. From the moment I was taken back Faronda, the dental assistant, made my experience very comfortable!
Dr. Pardo-Sanchez is very meticulous, he answered all my questions and it is awesome to know that he is UT-Dallas alumni like myself! He is very welcoming and a complete professional.
Throughout my treatment, it was very important for me to schedule appointments on Friday mornings and Dana made that hassle free and even reached out to tell me of a cancellation to accommodate my schedule!
It was such a great experience, I highly recommend it to anyone looking for dental care!

I loved this office and everyone in it. The office manager Dana is amazing, worked with me on a few things. The new Doctor there is Dr. Pardo, great guy and did a great job of explaining everything about my teeth and what I needed to keep an eye on. I just came home from an appointment with Dr. Pardo-Sanchez, DDS. It was my second time to visit with him and I am very impressed. I$0027m a senior citizen and he took a lot of time with me to explain the options I have and not once did he try and push the more expensive. In fact he was trying to save me money. I have been with Ideal Dental of Lake Highland since it opened and have been impressed with all their dentists.

I did Invisalign with her and it was a fantastic experience. I had a terrible year and Courtney and her staff were flexible and caring. Id highly recommend. Ive been her patient for almost 3 years.
