I chipped a filling in one of my front teeth, I called Davis Dental and they got me at 7am the next morning. When I arrived check in was fast and friendly. I was taken back had x-rays and was then asked if I would like a cleaning done since I was past due. (I am deathly afraid of Dental work) but I agreed and the hygienist was very gentle and sweet. Then dentist came in and assessed me. I had three other fillings that needed to be replaced along side the chipped one. They gave me the quote and proceeded to replace the fillings. The dentist took her time numbing me so it would be less painful, she explained everything and gave me the option to take a break if I needed it. All in all it was a pleasant experience and I will be less anxious next time.

My first time here was great! As an uninsured patient, they were very flexible with costs. The dentist who saw me was AMAZING as well! However, I recently came here for a tooth that fell out and was so disappointed. The new dentist I had saw me for 15 min and told me I needed an extraction without even looking at my mouth. He was pushy about getting on their insurance plan after I denied multiple times. The price for the 15 min visit was ridiculous to top it off. I was looking forward to being a long term client, but todays visit completely changed my mind.

I absolutely love this Practice. The ease of scheduling appointments- the professional office staff, the quality of work- all are reasons why I have been a patient for years. Prior to visiting West Davis Dental I had been going to my dentist (for 12 years)- I would visit him every six months for cleanings, never needed any major dental work. Stunned at his lack of appreciation for being a long term, regular patient- I said ok. Guess what – I did just that. My next cleaning was with West Davis Dental, and I$0027ve never been happier. I have eventually had to have more significant dental work done and couldn$0027t be happier that it was with a practice that actually appreciates my business, which they clearly do. It also makes me happy that my x dentist didn$0027t get the money from the procedures. Here$0027s an example of how exceptional they are, last week I went in and had a cleaning had x-rays and they identified two teeth that needed crowns. (They were running a special Black Friday 50% off- another great thing West Davis does is they periodically run amazing specials) – today when I went in to get the crowns the dentist said $0027after reviewing your chart and what we had planned for today, I really think we can do one crown and fix the other with simply replacing the filling$0027 I was so thankful for their honesty. I had a crown done and will have the filling replaced in the near future- I had prepaid for the two expected crowns….when I was checking out the receptionist said we will refund your card since the second crown wasn$0027t necessary- I didn$0027t even have to ask…. this is exceptional service. Bottom line is. West Davis Dental has the highest integrity- professionalism. The quality of their work is unmatched…. If looking for a solid practice that exceeds your expectations, then look no further- West Davis Dental is that practice.

Brought my son in on Saturday for a last minute appointment. The service was outstanding ??. The staff made him feel so comfortable with his treatment. He was very nervous and they talked him through the entire visit. I have never been to a dentist or doctors office where the entire staff are pleasant, happy to help and so engaged with the patient. His treatment was fast and they did the entire procedure the same day without hesitation. I was also nervous to bring him due to covid but once we arrived I noticed the office was taking the necessary precautions.

This has be to one of the most incompetent inept and greedy dental offices ever. They re-gluded a temporary veneer and 5 days later the veneer came un-gluded and they said to come in and they would repair with same dentist at no charge but when we arrived they wanted to recharge for work that was half done to begin with. I$0027ve been a patient at West Davis dental for approximately ten years… I came in last Friday for a tooth that I feared needed a root canal. I was an extreme amount of pain.The doctor tried to readjust the crown that was already on there which was to no avail and I left out of the office in considerable pain. He prescribed an antibiotic and Tylenol 3 to deal with the pain… Now lets talk about aftercare. There was none. This clinic supposedly open seven days a week did not call once over the weekend or today which is now Monday to check on my tooth to see if I was out of pain.. today I ran out of the medicine for the pain.. I called the clinic to ask why they haven$0027t checked on me and for additional pain medication until I could get there in the morning to see about getting a root canal done since the tooth did not heal itself. I was denied this medication and told take ibuprofen which I$0027ve already been taking and was not getting rid of the pain. I have a heart condition and chronic pain from years of neck and back surgery. I made them aware of this and they still denied me pain medication that would get me through tomorrow morning when I could actually go see them and was able to drive. They denied me again for the pain medication. This led to humility followed by anger… At this point I feel that the aftercare and bedside manner this clinic has to offer is completely NEGLIGENT. They instead wanted me to go through another night of pain with my conditions to get up there in the morning with no pain medication…I$0027m not able to drive right now because I can only see through one eye from a migraine from the tooth pain. I believe I$0027ll just have all my x-rays sent over to another dentist that will care about me better and get the tooth fixed by somebody else that is not NEGLIGENT in my pain . After many tens of thousands of dollars spent at this clinic I am terminating my relationship with them forever… Do not waste your time or money folks West Davis dental clinic in North Oak Cliff Will Not Care About You.????????

I received a phone call from West Davis dental claiming they wanted to refill the prescription that was wrongfully refused do to my chronic pain issues and heart condition. I suffered an hour and a half in the meantime and the pharmacy was almost closed and barely got my order through.The response I received from the owner of the above post was that there was laws prohibiting to give another prescription…Wouldn$0027t that be against the law at that point according to the owner???yet as soon as I made this post public they called me and let me know they wanted to fill the prescription… At the end of it all it was negligent to make me suffer as a patient. FYI I did not exceed usage of the before prescribed pills.I ran out because nobody called me to schedule an appointment to get my tooth fixed or did they even check to see if I was still having pain. NEGLIGENT.

Ive been using West Davis Dental for over ten years – Ive moved several times in Dallas and continue to use them as my dentist. The staff is friendly, helpful and always patient. Yolanda, my hygienist, feels like a member of my family. The friendliness of staff and professionalism of the dentists are fantastic. I was apprehensive about visiting during the pandemic but was put at ease when I checked in. My temperature and blood oxygen level were taken upon entry. The staff is always timely and I only waited 1-2 minutes before being taken back. Each room is equipped with a TV and sunglasses are provided for comfort. Exceptional. The team was very polite and inviting. Everyone was masked up. No one lectured me for my not-so-ivories. Stephanie cleaned my teeth completely pain free and checked in on me during the cleaning.
You could hear the smile in the dentist$0027s voice (even though it was masked up) and he gave me a great referral for a periodontist to handle a receding gum line, I$0027ve been very self-conscious about.
I have depression and dental care is one of the MANY things that can fall by the wayside and the longer I avoid going…the harder it is to go in because of the shame in your mind and the story you tell yourself about how you could be judged (those who know, KNOW).
Positive experiences like I$0027ve had at West Davis Dental make it easier to get out of my head and into the world more.
I highly encourage anyone else who is staying at home when you know you should go in because you$0027re afraid of what you might hear or because most days you$0027re doing good to get out of bed, to consider making your next dental appointment here. It could be a nice reintroduction to self-care.

I am from California but was visiting Texas when I had a toothe ache. Also, I need some work done on my mouth but have struggled to make a decisions about what to do. The staff at West Davis Dental were so kind, never made me feel bad and took care of the tooth ache. Further, the dentist Albert Ambriz had a great idea to take care of other work that needs to be done and referred me to someone in California. Not to mention Cassandra was so caring toward me and the hygienist was so careful to make sure I was not in pain. I was so thankful to this staff, I had tears in my eyes because I have never been treated so well. I highly recommend this office, you will not be disappointed.

It has been a minute since I visited a dentist. I had to start over and find a
new one. I had read many good reviews for West Davis Dental and decided to book my appointment. I am glad I did. They were wonderful.
The place was clean and organized. The crew was very upbeat and funny! Especially for a 7:00AM appointment!
I am glad I got started with my dental needs with them!
