I was very impressed with everything on my first visit at this office. The entire staff was very courteous both on the phone and in person. The dentist was amazing, happy and very enthusiastic about why I was there. I came in for an infected root canal and they explained all my options to me and made me feel comfortable about the future. They even bake chocolate chip cookies at the front receptionist desk in an oven. Where else can you get fresh baked chocolate chip cookies still melting and get your teeth cleaned at the same time? That$0027s amazing and I$0027m switching Dennis and I$0027m going to keep coming back. Thank you everybody at Parkview for being so awesome.

I had my first appointment and so far from the minute I stepped into the office, the vibe was amazing. All the way from the ladies in the front, to Jessica whom helped me when we got in the back. Everyone is so nice and they make you feel comfortable. The sealed deal was the dentist, he was not only informative but his personality made you forget you were even at the dentist!! I totally look forward to my next appointments and working with Park Vewir Family Dental.

I was extremely nervous going into their dental facility even traveled from Fort Collins to give them a try and was very satisfied. Angel and Jessica were so welcoming and caring to both my boyfriend and myself. Both made us feel comfortable to be there. I absolutely hate going to the dentist but Park View has definitely changed my mind. From the moment you walk in you are greeted by super kind front desk staff, the dental techs are amazing and really put your mind at ease and Dr. Custer was fantastic. Called about two weeks ago for an appointment on the 7th that was supposed to be with Dr. Shawn Custer. I called today because I was supposed to get something sent to my email to fill out before my appointment and wanted to let them know that I still never received it and the girl told me that I was never scheduled! I have extreme anxiety when it comes with the dentist. I found Park View Family Dental on google because I had an emergency with my tooth. I was able to get in right away. The doctor was super nice and he explained everything. Made sure I was comfortable. The dental technician was amazing too. She knew I was in pain and worked well with me trying to get X-rays done. Showed up go to the appointment and because the office appointment maker didn$0027t write down my number correctly the couldn$0027t remind me so the cancelled my appointnent. Had to wait another week and a half to get another appointment. Today I showed up to my cleaning appointment and they wanted to know about my hip replacement in 2016…who was the doctor…do I need to be on antibiotics? Those questions should have been on the 4 pages of info I had to fill out as a new patient. They did not review my info before l came in to check for things that they wanted to know but didn$0027t ask. My hip was done so long ago and I was so confused by the question…unexplained for 10 minutes…that I couldn$0027t remember the doctors name. So NO teeth cleaning. Had to go home to find the doctors info …now need a prescription and another appointment…got the prescription….they said they will call me…is that true?

I went in yesterday and was delighted with the warmth the staff made me feel. I am generally pretty anxious when going to the dentist but everyone made me feel so comfortable and safe. The nurse jessica was super nice amd made me feel comfortable. The doctor was super friendly and made me feel less nervous especially since i need a root canal. I would recommend this dentistry to my friends and family because they are warm and welcoming i know im in good hands

Dr. Custer is amazing. He was friendly and congenial the whole time. I was nervous about going because it had been far too long since I had been to the dentist, but he never once made me feel bad for needing the work that I did. He did a great job of explaining the situation, and his staff got me scheduled quickly. During my fillings and cleaning, Dr. Custer managed my pain very well and they did a lot of work very quickly and efficiently. I am very happy to have found Park View Family Dental.
