Friendly staff, great and professional dentists and hygienists. They are always ready for me at my appointed time. They never try to convince me to have unnecessary procedures done like many dental offices do.
This is a very busy office and so they must be doing a lot of things right. The result, though, is it$0027s hard to make appointments. They are booked so far in advanced. Still, this is such a great dental office, so, I$0027ll keep coming here.
Also, they are bilingual. That may be part of reason that they are so busy.
So, overall, wonderful dental office.

Went here on an emergency basis and was treated within an hour. They where able to get my pain I$0027m control within two days because of the antibiotics they gave me. The main thing I would like to give praise about is how they treated me. Every time I called or spoke to someone direct they were extremely professional and very nice. Not sure why others have had issues but I am greatful they where able to help me and more greatful that they did it with kindness.

They are very friendly and were able to take me as a new patient when literally no other doctor around would, because they «weren$0027t taking new patients until the new year». I was able to get an appointment within a week. The only issue I have is that they take a long time to get written prescriptions refilled, and you need to call at least a week in advance so you don$0027t run out of your medication. My last three scheduled appointments have NOT happened! First I was called to tell me the hygienist I HAD an appointment was no longer there. Ok so I made another appointment with a new person. About one hour before my 2nd appointment I received a call that I would need to reschedule – new person was not available. Ok so I was given a new appointment date and time. When I arrived for my new appointment date, I was told I did not have an appointment. So I asked oh when is my appointment? Was told I did not have one. The ladies at the front desk were rude and uncaring. I was given their lecture that Sunrise was a community establishment – like I wasn$0027t worthy! It has taken since Nov 2016 to get one half of my work done. Over three months of missed scheduled work that I took time for. Once Medicaid approved my work things started off very well. No according to the ladies up front I need to start over. I need to call them and beg for a new appointment!! This was NOT my fault and yes I$0027m worthy. Ladies up front are not nice people.
