Unprofessional and unorganized. I showed up for my appointment and waited 20 minutes for them to tell me they dont accept my insurance. In addition, I asked them on the phone multiple times when I scheduled the appointment. They also wanted to charge me $80 to tell me what kind of cleaning I need. I asked for a regular cleaning and the fee is just to look at you. They are ridiculous and only looking to give you a large bill for a cleaning.

A dentist visit where the dentist didn$0027t look in my mouth at all. Go figure. He looked at my x-rays and said that my teeth were in good shape and that he could tell that I flossed daily. However I have tmjd and it$0027s been acting up on my left side and I can$0027t open my mouth without discomfort. He told me to go to my primary care Dr and have him prescribe me a muscle relaxer. (I had just received two shots for my arthritis from my private Dr). I had to ask the dentist if I was going to have my teeth cleaned and he said just a simple cleaning. I don$0027t know if it$0027s because I was currently using Medicaid because my primary insurance from my job had ended. I felt like I was a bother to him. Stay away from this place.

I love the receptionist, dental hygienist, dental assistants, and doctor. They treat me and my twin boys very well. We have been patients for over 5 years now. Don$0027t know where the negative comments are coming from. The only issue I have with them is they will change your appointment time a hour later. Which is not a big issue. My experiences here have been great I$0027ve had two extractions and a root canal and crown. I$0027ve never been treated rudely or have been in pain during and procedure.
