I took my two boys here today and they were great! They got us in same day for cleaning/exam. Front desk was friendly and knowledgeable, technicians were super friendly with the kids, and the dentist was very nice and patient with my youngest son. I hadnt been to the dentist in years as Im sure most can relate with me that the dentist can be a scary place. I made my appointment with Texas City Dental for a check up and a complaint of left sided pain. The doctor checked my teeth and realized my wisdom teeth needed to be removed, as well as 2 cavities. I was initially terrified but I went ahead and scheduled my appointment. The day of my procedures I was extremely nervous of the unknown. But when I tell you this staff is by far the best I mean it whole heartily! The doctor not only put me at ease but was very supportive and encouraging. He would stop when I needed a break. Never mean or rude in anyway. The staff brought my mother water anytime she asked and they even brought me a warm blanket to ease my anxiety. The staff one by one all checked on me and my mother (as she was nervous for me) and went above and beyond the call of duty. If you ever need any type of dental care or procedures I highly recommend Texas City Dental!!! They are simply the best! Thank you all from the bottom of my heart!
