I usually dont do review but maybe someone will read this and not waste their time. I made an apt at this clinic because my son had a minor but urgent tooth problem. When I got there the place was dirty but I had confidence that I would look after my child carefully. But then I was told that I wouldnt be allowed back with my seven year old and the doctor would talk with me after. I have never been to a dentist where the parents were not allowed to the back. I told them that my son would do better with me back there and I was informed thats the way they did things and if I didn$0027t like it maybe another clinic would be better. I left and I agree another clinic was better. Any clinic that doesnt allow the parents to be with their kid is hiding something.

If I could give this place no stars, I certainly would. I have taken my son to this dental practice for years as part of the CHIPS plan. Every time we have gone for his annual or 6 month check ups/cleanings – they said «no cavities, no issues». He is no longer on CHIPS and went in for a routine cleaning/exam only to be told there is a ton of issues that «should have been addressed a long time ago». The dentist was surprised that he had been to a dentist at all in years. Not only were there multiple cavities, there were still baby teeth that should have been pulled by age 14 (he just turned 18). One of the baby teeth has been blocking an adult molar for years and will now require dental surgery and an implant. I took him to another dentist just for a second opinion and was told all the same issues over again. I cannot believe Childrens Dental Universe NEGLECTED my kid for all these years. You bring your kid to the dentist expecting a true professional to be handling them and doing what is in their best interested. Not at this place. Apparently all they care about is putting a bandaid on things and lying to your face that everything is A-OKAY when it isn$0027t. I wouldn$0027t ever, EVER recommend this dental practice to anyone.

I$0027m usually not the type to review places online but I just feel the need to because my kids are terrified of this place. I use to take them to another dental office for a few years and when they closed i found this dental office.. well I$0027m not sure what they do back there but my kids are traumatized and they use to love going to the dentist before.. now I cant even say the word dentist without they crying hysterically. My son had an accident in his pants because they refused to let him go to the restroom. Their was another time I took my kids for a check up and clearly heard the people in the back with my kids tell a kids to shut up and stop crying. I$0027d never take my kids back here.
