Not content with my experience at all with this office. Most of the staff was polite and well attentive but it doesnt take away from the way they handle the office itself. I was given a card with my appointment reminder and when I arrived to my appointment, there was no appointment. All I was told was, I could wait until the dentist was done with his current patient which could take a while. As a mother of two, thats just not acceptable. Thats not the only issue Ive had in short period of time. I would not recommend!

They said my 4 wisdom teeth had came out the first time that i went here. I actually only had two and i got scared because i thought i was growing two more…. they said i had multiple cavities, they showed me a picture of what the cavities were and they said its all the black spaces, which were actually regular spaces in between my teeth and they ended up messing up my teeth. I was getting 2 of my wisdom teeth removed and i was having an anxiety attack while it was going on and the doc yelled at me for shaking my body too much. Im officially switching to my old dentist. These people really do only want the medicaid money. So I DO NOT recommend coming here.

My nephew had to have quite a bit of dental work done. We visited three dental offices before finding Dr. Tam at Jupiter smiles. The front desk staff members were so pleasant and knowledgeable. My nephew was pretty nervous going in but Dr. Tam was super patient with him and showed him all of the different dental tools they were going to use. He got to watch TV while getting his treatment done! We will definitely be coming back here, thank you for such an awesome experience!!

I went to Jupiter smiles yesterday to have my tooth pulled and it was amazing. It was fast and painless and I was out of there in less than an hour. My mouth was numb for 8 hours afterwards but here it is the next day and I$0027m still in no pain. I was super nervous cause it$0027s the first time I ever had my tooth pulled but he did an awesome job, I will recommend Jupiter smiles to my friends and family.
