AS IF I DON$0027T KNOW. The owner comes into my next appointment after me getting them to just fill what my insurance covers… to embarrass me about payment. I had a plan in my mind when I would pay for my tooth. Then she proceeds to tell she$0027s going to do me a favor since I can$0027t afford something. IMAGINE?? Imagine. My insurance can cover one thing I$0027m trying to get fixed… and she$0027s more concerned about something else that I made clear I can$0027t afford at the moment. On top of that I have a huge fear of the dentist due to my last one. I got a little afraid to get numb and she just pulls the plug on it all together. She never wanted to work with me in the first place. I just can$0027t believe this is how this dentist is. I was so excited to come here. I would recommend Luxe Dental to anyone looking for a new dentist. The staff is friendly; the office is clean and inviting; and the dental work is very well done. I had to have two crowns and root canal done, which is typically a pretty traumatizing experience. At Luxe, I experienced absolutely no pain from beginning to end, and, while it is a long process, it was all completed in one visit without a need for a temporary crown. I could not have been happier with my results!

Let me begin by saying the work done is wonderful. However, I discovered an issue where I was not informed about a charge. Originally I was told by their now let go/no longer working their billing agent I had a total payment of a little over $500 dollars. It now comes as a surprise to me that I have a separate bill well over $2,000. I$0027m certain I was not informed as I wouldn$0027t have missed a $2,000 bill. They$0027re willing to work with me through this, they$0027ve apologized on behalf of the other billing agent.
This has left me overall with a bad taste and skeptical about my future bills (if any) and has disappointed me as I$0027m searching for a reliable and trustworthy dental office.

They do good work – however I have a couple of issues that left a bad taste in my mouth about the business and am not sure if I want to continue visiting moving forward after rest of composites are filled:
1) They gave me a form that said that my bill would be $394.50 for an Inlay and it was printed out at my appointment on October 2nd. They ended up charging my $455.00. When called in for explanation, they were not able to explain why the bill suddenly changed $55.50 and offered no refund or assistance around this matter.
2) The above appointment to fix inlay was scheduled to last 90 minutes from 8:30 AM to 10:00 PM. I arrived early at 8:15 AM and I was not out of the dental office until 11:15 AM. I sat in procedure room watching a couple of episodes of a TV show.

I$0027ve had long wait times at each appointment. The office seems to be short staffed and I never receive notifications regarding my upcoming appointments. At my last appointment, the dentist insisted that I get a new filing which I did not agree with because my filling was rather new. I went and got a second opinion and turns out that I didn$0027t need a new filling at all. Lastly, I was charged for a PPE fee when checking out of my last appointment. I didn$0027t mind paying it, but I was not made aware of this fee prior to my appointment when speaking with the receptionist. Overall, I am not happy with the service nor communication and would not recommend it for new patients.

The state of the art technology and experience they provide to the patient, ex. providing bluetooth headphones, water, etc. not only puts this practice in a different tier, but the work was done extremely efficiently, pain-free and of high quality. New to the area and found this dentist through my insurance provider, wasnt really sure what to look for but I saw that the dentists had good reviews.
Ive had to get a bunch of cavities filled and they made the process super easy and painless. I really like the TVs in the appointment areas so you can watch Netflix as you get your cleanings/fillings done. It also gives off spa vibes which is super nice as dentists dont usually feel like that, which puts you more at ease.
Definitely recommend this place! Staff and place is great.

Wow! This office is absolutely stunning! I was immediately impressed how the front desk girl was as soon as I walked in. Huge smile on her face! The office smelled like a cozy home. The hygienist called me back quickly when I arrived and the Dr explained her recommendation on treatment thoroughly. When I went to check out not only did they give me a goody bag, I got chapstick and bottle of water and was explained my entire insurance by the treatment coordinator. I actually never had another office go through it with me and I had no idea anything about my plan. I do now! Looking forward to another visit to the dentist surprisingly and will strongly recommend to friends and family. Thank you Luxe Dental for such a great experience.

I was extremely disappointed on what was going to be provided so I decided to get a second opinion. I made the choice to go elsewhere for my treatment but had agreed to pay for the services they had already done. I was told I would get refunded the remaining balance that had already been paid along with the funds they collected from my insurance company. It took over 2 months to get my money back after multiple phone calls and emails. It has been almost 6 months and I am still waiting for them to send back the money they collected from my insurance company. I have called and emailed several times which they always claim they have taken care of my issue or that it is my insurance company that doesn$0027t know what to do. I call my insurance company weekly to find out that nothing has been submitted or taken care of. I have even told them to give me a check directly and I will send it back to my insurance company and they just breeze over the suggestion completely. At this point, they have literally committed insurance fraud.
I have email after email claiming it will all be taken care of by «tomorrow» and nothing.

Whether it is regular visits or something more dramatic, I know she has the experience, knowledge, and ABILITY to back it up. I had a tough case where I needed a lot of previous work fixed and she took extremely good care of me. She is meticulous in her own work and who she chooses to refer to. People fly in to see her (as will I if I ever move away from Dallas) because you can$0027t find talent and honesty like you do with Dr. Nguyen. I know its hard to convey how good she actually is…but I like to compare her to the doctors on the E! network show Botched. She fixes other peoples work! I have complete and utter faith in her and her practice because I know they do their research and give their patients their FULL attention. The staff is very well coordinated and professional. I$0027ve been to dental offices where one hand doesn$0027t know what the other is doing, or where there is a general feeling of drab. Not here. Everyone is positive because they have a reason to be – they know they$0027re good. Treat others like you want to be treated. I think this is their mantra. Don$0027t gamble with who takes care of your teeth. It can be very expensive and painful!
