My Dental Hygienist, Julie was Amazing. She was very professional and at the same time super friendly. She was so gentle with my cleaning that I didn$0027t wince once. The cleaning was over before I knew it. Dr. Ung was amazing and discussed my different options to deal with my issue of sensitivity when trying to whiten my teeth. She also referred me to an orthodontist to possibly correct an overbite that caused wear to my front teeth due to grinding my teeth last year. The entire staff is very friendly and the offices are bright and comfortably modern. I would highly recommend this dental practice and look forward to having my next cleaning in 6 months. There were no problems making an appointment and also no problem in changing the date last minute after I got my monthly work schedule.

The staff was friendly, the doctor talked me through the examine which was important to me because I had not had my teeth clean as I should have in a while. This is the absolute WORST dental experience I have ever had. I visited this office last year, from the beginning I had one dentist (Maynor) he was great however then I was passed on to another dentist my second visit (the main dentist Vu, he has horrible bedside manor and was extremely rude, so much that the DH told me to tell the manager)- during a root canal; this root canal took over 3.5 hours even though they told me it would be less that 2 hours. They gave me a temporary crown for my tooth, then it took over 5 weeks to get the permanent tooth in. When the permanent finally came in, it did not fit and had to be filed multiple times and I had to be numbed for this as it took so many times. I have since found a new dentist, within 5 minutes of my cleaning my new dentist recognized that the crown was built up too high and re-shaped it for me. I do not like writing bad reviews but I do not want anyone else to have to deal with this treatment. I am still paying off my $1500 root canal that had to be corrected by another dentist. I informed the manager of this last year but nothing was ever done- I only hope to help others. Extremely poor client treatment.
