I was told when my appointment was made that if any rescheduling was needed they would call me and they confirmed my phone number at that time. when my appointment came along weeks later, I was told they called and left a voice mail to some random phone number unknown rather my phone number and that a voice mail was left. so I went ahead and scheduled a new appointment 3 weeks out and the receptionist told me had they got ahold of me that my appointment could have been sooner even though it was not my fault that they reached the wrong phone number. They told me $75 upfront today for a consultation and they would work out a payment plan in order to pay the rest. My other 5 family members have dental insurance but I will never let them set foot in this office or any other associated offices.
