I had a 1:00 appt today. Was greeted outside to check temperature of myself and granddaughter. Was asked to fill out paper in the car. I understand that this may be the protocol that$0027s in place because of COVID19 but, while there 4 other customers came and was NOT greet at the door and no one had to go back to their vehicle to fill out paperwork Or wait to be seen. I will NEVER go back! Yes, I did call to speak with office manager and was told some BS that made no sense.
I will not pay for this kind of customer service.

I normally would give these people 5 stars i love the staff and dentist they normally make the kids feel at ease and at home. But today i took a star away because i called to let them know what the orthodontist had said and whoever i talked to was a bit rude which has never happened before there she got kinda loud with me i think not understanding what i was trying to tell her and let her know i could not make my next app. Then she said bye have a nice day as i was trying to ask a question and hung up on me as i was saying i have a question. That was different and a first there but i would still tell everyone to go there my kids love it and normally so do i, just not this phone call.
