I have been a patient here for a few years. I didn$0027t know I would live this long or that old people have so many mouth problems. Mine are tooth infections, teeth that have been ground down to the nerve endings, etc. Dr. Stripping is my primary doctor but I have seen others here, also. They, and staff, have been calm (a good thing) and professional; they usually offer me alternative treatments and have never pressured me to go the most expensive route. The best dental group in Dallas is my opinion.

They made it so easy and pleasant! I$0027d just switched jobs and gotten new dental insurance when I lost a crown. Although I$0027m a new patient to them, Lake Highlands got me in that day, no hassle about not having an insurance card, and while I had to wait a little while, I was comfortable. When I told the hygienist Letty that I historically have a lot of anxiety about dentists$0027 offices, she proceeded to explain everything, move slowly and even more gently, and when she took my blood pressure it was quite low, so it worked.
Dr. Stripling (?) was very kind and gentle, and after a smooth examination, we learned my crown did not need to be redone. He glued it back in my mouth and I was out of the office in a few more moments. Just in time to leave the country for the holidays and a great weight off my mind. No hassle at the checkout either… A quick swipe of my credit card (my insurance covered most of it but not all, too bad) and I was out the door. Ate a nice dinner and no problem.
Thanks Lake Highlands, I$0027ll be back for my cleaning in January!

The ppl, staff, and front desk are all very nice. They are kind, respectful, understanding, and quick. The facility is really clean as well. Hope u come visit them someday.
