From the get go, I$0027ve had an incredible and excellent experience. From setting up my appointments to in office visits. His staff welcomes you like family and provides complete white glove service from beginning to end. For example, while getting my cleaning, Mindi noticed I was cold and gave me a blanket, she also made sure I knew exactly what she was going to do and made me feel so comfortable. I was in need of some cosmetic dentistry and was pretty nervous about the process, but the whole team here made me so comfortable and exceeded my expectations 10 fold. I would give them 10 stars if given the chance! Let me tell you a quick little story….I needed a dental bridge done and originally scheduled my appointment for a specific day, and Dr. Mitchell$0027s office actually got what I needed in a week earlier and gave me a call to tell me they could see me on that following Monday instead of Friday….THEN I asked if it was at all possible to do it today (Friday) because I had a date that I was super excited for, and they actually found time in their schedule to fit me in to get it done before my much anticipated date! Dr. Mitchell and his team went above and beyond to make my first visit incredible. I felt very safe, the office was immaculately clean, and everyone from scheduling my appointment, to greeting me at my car, to my kind hygienist, and Dr. Mitchell himself were just so friendly and personable. Im a wimp that is afraid of the dentist. After reading amazing reviews and finding out that they had the option for sedation, I decided to come see Dr. Mitchell. From the moment I walked in, everyone was so caring and reassuring. I was so at ease that just nitrous was good enough for me. I had to get some fillings done and they gave me headphones so I dont have to listen to the drilling. Mindi is an awesome hygienist. She takes the time to explain everything and answer my questions. If I had any concerns, both Mindi and Dr. Mitchell will talk to me about it. I no longer dread going to the dentist. Honestly I look forward to it because my teeth looks great now and I feel more confident with myself. If youre looking for very nice people, who will remember you and work with you and your fears, this is the place to go.

Dr. Mitchell has been our family dentist for the past 36 years! He is that good!!! Hes always given us the best care and great recommendations for treatment plans. One time I had a crown come off on a Friday night and he met me at his office on Saturday morning to reset the crown. Thats service! The very first time I visited Dr. Mitchells office was over 14 years ago. I was visiting family in Dallas and chipped my front tooth at lunch! Luckily, my family recommended calling Dr. Mitchell right away. He and his team fit me in to save the day (and my tooth!) I absolutely LOVE this place so much!!! I originally came in about a year ago just to get some bonding done in order to fix a gap in my front teeth. At the time, I was going to a different dentist that I had been seeing for years. From the phone call with Susie booking my first appointment, to the experience I had when I came into the office, and everything in between, it has been so great! Dr. Mitchell and the ENTIRE staff are all so kind, energetic and make you feel so comfortable! Dr. Mitchell and Tracie did such an amazing job on my bonding. He really takes the time to make sure everything looks perfect and that the patient is 100% satisfied! I had bonding done twice beforehand from other practices and it just did not look cohesive and natural. I was so frustrated because I thought after seeing two different dentists, that my teeth were never going to look like I wanted them to. I am SO glad that I decided to try one last time with Dr. Mitchell! I also had a discolored tooth for about 6 years that my previous dentist told me was fine. After less than 30 seconds of meeting Dr. Mitchell, he noticed the tooth and expressed concern that it may be dying. Sure enough, it was and I got a root canal. Because my experience here for bonding was so awesome, I decided to transfer over for all of my dental care. I had my first teeth cleaning here today and once again, so amazing! Mindi did such a great job and explained every step to me which I appreciate so much!! I cannot recommend this place enough!!!
