Communication deficicies with billing department. I received a bill for a visit over two years ago. They filed my insurance with the wrong information . Then they send me a threatening bill to pay. They refile it with the corrected info. My insurance pays. Then another year later they come back for $7.00 for the same visit!! I have not been to this office in over two years. What a joke!!
