A kind and efficient staff. Dr. Lee is awesome (we call him Dr. Lee his actual last name is much longer). I had a root canal on a broken tooth and needed either a post and buildup, or a full on implant/bridge (which would have been suuuuper expensive). Id been told by two other dentists that they werent certain they could do the post and buildup (which is less expensive). Lo and behold Dr. Lee got it done! He did an awesome job. Highly recommend!

Really poorly executed crown. Now this was about 5 years ago, but I just thought that crowns felt like this. Finally went to a different dentist and was assured that this was poorly fitted. Again I have not been in 5 years but honestly check out the photos. They left a whole hook sticking out on my tooth. I should have ran when the temp crown came off, I knew it wasnt well made.

Oh excuse me yes, I do have a overdue balance for the same exact tooth you filled twice before (shows how bad their work is) ,that was still in warranty because your Dentist told me 2 years on all of his work and when I made the appointment 11 months ago to get this same tooth fixed under warranty, I was even told by the person who made my appointment it was still in the 2 year warranty time. When I go to leave and am told that the warranty was just for 1 year now and of course the girl that said I was still in warranty wasn$0027t in that day so then I got stuck with a bill (happened to be in the in the middle of switching Dental Insurance at the time) for work I already paid for and they lied to me that$0027s why I say get EVERYTHING in writing from them! Called to make appointment for the same tooth again this time it was only 8 months before the filling broke off again. After waiting for the office to re-open after the COVID-19 closure. I made an appointment a month ago I was told I had an outstanding balance and that I needed to make a payment on it when I came which I said no problem. This would change the day before the appointment. I$0027m at work and receive a text that if I don$0027t call by 2:00pm they would cancel my appointment for noon the next day. I called and before 2:00pm to my surprise my appointment had already been cancelled. When I asked why they put a different person on and told me I have to pay the whole amount of the outstanding balance not a «payment» and a co-pay but I was coming in for a warranty!? They were furious I called on time and didn$0027t want to uphold to their previous agreement and warranty again! So it wasn$0027t «premature» it was the second time you have tried to not uphold the warranty I said No thanks, I rather go to a Dentist I can trust in their work, customer service and stand by their word! Now I understand why I was warned so many times!!! No you were not going to help me when you lied about what you said and cancelled my appointment before the callback time!!! You were already planning on charging me again for your horrible work literally a child could do better!!! That$0027s why every Dentist you try to get to work there doesn$0027t ever show because they don$0027t want to be associated with your business it would look bad on their job history. I went here for a long time and the techs are great and very sweet, very clean rooms, but I had a hole in my tooth that went unnoticed for 3 years before I had to it out to personally point it out to the dentist (dr.
