Believe the low reviews you$0027ve read.. dentist is good, but staff is a next story. They will charge you for stuff you don$0027t need. I think its the insurance scam… my initial encounter with them was bad at first as the staff argue with me for asking questions when I was making first appointment. I ignor the signs of the facility not being for me, but I wanted to give it a chance especially it is in my neighborhood, but they canceled contract with my insurance company and instead of letting me know they canceled my appointment after I confirmed appoint a week.
I personally wouldn$0027t recommend them because level of mistrust there with staff, but the Dentists did a good job well I will get verified information on that when I meet with my new dentist.

I really have to say a special thanks to the team at A Plus Dentistry! Not only did they take care of my tooth ache, but the craziest thing was that they even had a follow up call the next day to make sure I was not in pain. I must say that I have never received a follow up call from any doctor or dentist in my life to check up on me. They checked my insurance and gave me a complete breakdown of my cost before my root canal and fees checked out. A great office for this community.

Thank you for the dental work, but I will not be coming back. The dental work is fine. However, this place is very disorganized. I was a new patient who was treated with disregard. I was charged for a filling that was never done. I called the number to page the doctor because I was in pain from not having the filling fixed and that matter was never addressed (no one ever contacted me). When I called and inquired about it, reception proclaimed it was completed, but it was not. It was as if I had to argue about a procedure I did not receive…in my own mouth. There was no apology for the mistake by the doctor or staff. How this even happened in the first place is the problem. Then when I went in for another procedure, I was given novocaine, then the doctor disappeared for 30-45 minutes. I took a nap in the chair. By the time she returned, the numbing was not as potent. When I inquired about a discrepancy I had with my bill, it was as if I was asking for a big to-do. I have a lot of respect for dental practices as it$0027s a hard job, but this is the worst treatment by a dentist and their office I have ever received. The lack of care for a patient$0027s time and treatment is evident. Please do better for current and new clients.

I trusted the good reviews and signed up with this place. Obviously the reviews were biased. The doctor over there is good, but the staff is very unorganized. If you value your time dont go there. They always mess up your appointments. You make an appointment for a certain day and time, come in and they tell you that they didnt schedule you and now you have to wait for over 2 hours. Happened to me already 2 times within 3 weeks. Not taking any more chances so I am signing up with a different clinic. How hard is it to just schedule an appointment correctly?
