They totally confused my information with another patients!! I ended up getting 5 cavity fills! Ive only had two cavities in my life. Two! And last check up was 6 months ago. They kept telling me different prices and different information about my treatment plan. I dont trust this dentist and is currently being investigated through my insurance.

Really great service. The staff and especially the New manager Lauren were super friendly. Initially I was turned off by the reviews but they were dated from a while back so I decided to give them a try. A choice Im not going to regret. The staff is there to help you, no hidden fees, straight forward not just trying to make a quick buck. Everything is explained by the doctor as you go, then Lauren comes in and explains everything more in detail regarding the treatment process and your insurance (in my case, they also take medical). Thanks again to all the staff, I HAD SO MUCH ANXIETY when I first walked in but by the time it was all done I felt really comfortable and relaxed.

Left me with weird edges on my teeth and a bite more sensitive than before. I was initially turned off to this place because of all the bad reviews, but I did notice that they were a bit dated. Anyway, I broke a crown and the office was within walking distance of my house and on my dental plan so I gave it a try. Had a very positive experience. Lauren(?) who I believe is the NEW office manager was very efficient, smart and excellent communicator. She quickly, on short notice, set everything up for me. There were 2 xrays of the broken tooth, not a full set as many dentists try to charge for and Dr. Song was went right to the heart of the problem. He told me my options, root canal/post/crown, estimated time and costs. He was very professional and convincing. After the consultation, I had some billing questions and again Lauren was right on it, made a phone call to the carrier and sorted everything out for me. The whole process took less than 1 hour, which was much appreciated.

Dr. Martinez has an excellent dental mind and is good with communication. I felt very comfortable and relaxed knowing that I was working with a doctor who is diligent in accommodating my tight schedule and is exceptionally knowledgeable with the procedures.
