I was schedued for a cleaning and I have received numerous emails and texts to confirm the appointment. I did all of my paperwork online which worked very well, they took x-rays and Dr. Cradoc came in and did an exam. Here was the kicker, I came for a cleaning but there was no hygenist so they could not do a cleaning. The front desk employee, Julianna, said that they had called and left a VM which said that there would not be cleaning, then why did they not say it again when I checked in. There is an air of the «bait and switch» here.

I don$0027t usually write reviews, but after having such an amazing experience: I had to. The set up was very modern and checkin online was a breeze, and the appointment went so amazingly and Dr. Cradoc was so nice and kind. I had my appointment here after having a very negative experience at Lovett, where they tried very hard to push a lot of expensive procedures (saying I had periodontal disease). I was very skeptical of this claim since 6 months prior, I had a clean bill of health at my previous dentist. Needless to say, after having Dr. Cradoc and his team give their opinion — I don$0027t even have the beginnings of gingivitis, let alone periodontal disease! Even all of my fillings were still in great shape, and they said I am taking great care of my teeth. This was extremely comforting and I will be making Dr. Cradoc$0027s team my permanent go-tos! From arrival to check-in, I was greeted fairly quickly and escorted to the next area to begin the exam. Everyone I encountered during my appointment was kind and professional – which I really appreciated. I enjoyed small talk with the tech that took my x-rays, then shared a brief but engaging conversation with the hygienist (that was probably the highlight of my visit). She was thorough with each explanation and I felt completely informed about what was happening. I started coming to this location in 2017. I$0027ve never been to a dental office where everyone is so corteous and professional. Everyone I spoke to during my exam and cleaning were wonderful to me. I have not been able to chew on the right side of my mouth for over 2 yrs due to sensitivity/pressure from biting ever since my old dentist in katy fixed one of my cavities. Ive always had problems with my teeth growing up, and like most people, I dreaded the dentist more than anything… This place was SO DIFFERENT, I felt like an actual patient- people were nice and polite, no one scoffed at my XRays (and the massive amount of dental work Ive had done)…but it wasnt over the top- it was just like how I think going to the dentist should be: feeling taken care of and supported, and not having to spend a crazy amount of money to have good quality! Hygienist who cleaned my teeth was funny and cool. Dentist was so nice and listened patiently while I scrambled to explain my dental history. All of the assistants and technicians and liaisons were really chill and approachable. Also theres TV in the rooms! Love me a good distraction.

My first visit was an emergency my regular dentist didnt have any openings, and things were getting really bad. The Heights Modern Dentistry worked me in, even though they were clearly busy, and I am so grateful. This place was great! I had went to a different dentist that tried to corner me into paying $800 for unnecessary treatments. (I was pregnant at the time and a lot of times your hormones are so out of whack and it can affect your dental health which was why the other dentist recommended I get so many treatments). I waited for a few months and went to this dentist after I had my baby and they said that my teeth looked healthy and that they just would need to do a routine cleaning.
I also didnt have to wait long for my appointment and was able to schedule it as a new patient about a week in advance.
Really loved this experience if youre looking for a no fuss and quick dental experience!

I hadnt been to the dentist in years and had anxiety about my visit, and they made sure to do things at my pace and comfort level. I went in to get a cavity filled and a root canal. Before I even sat in the chair, I started to cry because I was beyond scared and nervous. My anxiety was REALLY at a high. I had a full blown panic attack while being in the chair and in the middle of the procedure. Dr. Eldin totally understood what I was going through and reassured me that I WAS IN CONTROL. Anytime I felt I could not breathe, swallow or just need a moment, he was so kind and professional about it. Dr. Eldina and Maria both calmed me down and just really took excellent care of me. They talked to me and held my hand and just kept me calm. Maria was just as amazing. She was so sweet and polite. I bit her at one point by accident and she did not even flinch. She kept is professional and just made sure that I was alright. After everything was completed, they thanked me. I was apologizing for being such a wreck and both of them said THANK YOU for allowing them to take care of me. It really felt great to know that they understood my feelings and made me feel like I was not a burden. Dr. Eldin is seriously the best dentist I have ever seen. I did not feel any pain at all, not even after the numbing medicine wore off. No soreness, no tingling, NO PAIN! I need to get another procedure and after the care that I received, I know that I am good hands. I told my family, friends and co-workers about Dr. Eldin and Maria. These guys are unreal. The dentists do a nice job of scarring and pressuring you into unnecessary treatments that you ABSOLUTELY need. Ive paid out over a $1k to them and the office manager assured me they had approval from my insurance company for treatment. A few months ago I received a bill from them stating that I owed more because they insurance didnt actually approve the treatments. So not only did i undergo painful treatments for nothing, Im now out fund that couldve gone to my daughters wellbeing. Total scam artists and will never recommend them to anyone.

I chose this place primarily because my insurance accepted it and because I could get there by bus in a pinch. I am glad I did. The waiting room and exam rooms are clean, and the staff very friendly and patient. I have not had any dental issues, so my experience has yet to go beyond their cleaning services, but they seem competent and are attentive to my needs. They have yet to try to upsell me any services, and my visits have been fully covered by my insurance. I have not had any issues with scheduling appointments, though the staff at the desk has told me they book nearly six months out for cleanings.

This dental office is the best! I tried calling several other places and a couple were either busy or didn$0027t even pick up the phone. The receptionist was incredibly nice and worked to try and find an appointment that fit my schedule. Unfortunately I was only in town for a bit and wasn$0027t able to make it but I will definitely use this place as my primary dental care when I return!

Although the staff here was nice and made me feel comfortable, I felt like Ms. Martinez didn$0027t do a good job at all. I came to get my teeth cleaned but the process felt very painful. There were several times where she was clumsy and missed with the dental pick. All she said was sorry and continued. When I came home, I found that there was still leftover tartar that wasn$0027t cleaned and my gums were a little red and felt uncomfortable.
