My first visit was to have a tooth fixed before I could have surgery and they made everything smooth as silk and held my hand through the whole process. Second time around has been more of the exact same GREAT service! They make it personable, explain everything in simple terms and lay out all your options for treatment. Very well organized, very friendly staff, and you can tell people enjoy the environment theyre working in. Im now looking forward to regular visits instead of fearing what may come! I had an amazing experience today at Precision Dental!!! It was my first time going here, and Im very anxious about dental procedures in general so I always put them off longer than I should. I ended up going in due to pain and had to have an extraction and two fillings. The whole experience was so smooth, they kept me informed the entire time and I was very calm and comfortable. Ellie is an amazing dental assistant and made sure I was happy and felt good the whole time! And the actual dentist is so nice and caring as well, very funny and easy to talk to. This is a great place to go in my opinion! Everyone is always so friendly to me and makes sure I am well taken care of. Always big smiles and bright eyes when you walk into this place. The lobby is very cozy and reminiscent of a living room; its also (thankfully) missing that signature dentist office smell.
There are lovely large windows throughout the place, so its flooded with natural light and feels very comfortable and very little like a dentist office.
I went for my cleaning today and Julia was superb. She was very personable and friendly, with a gentle touch that did not make me fear the tooth scraping tools at all.
She and everyone else I have seen at the office are also very good at taking the tools out of your mouth when talking to you, so the jumbled mouth in hands response at the dentist is not a worry here either.
I have recommended this office and these splendid people to all of my friends and I recommend it to anyone curious about the place and currently reading through these reviews. (:

Absolutely the best dental care experience I$0027ve ever had. I checked in, info was processed and Ellie brought me back within 10 minutes! Ellie was very kind, kept me informed on what she was doing and who I was seeing every step. Also just generally great at conversation, it helped me feel right at home!
Dr. Bryan was great, came in and got straight to looking at the problem tooth. Once he got the pictures and x-rays he was fantastic at describing what was going on with the tooth. He gave me the various options id have to take care of it and was direct and honest with me! A true professional.
Even the exit process was great, Lauren broke down what the costs would be with the treatment I wanted and made sure it was something that worked for me. Got me scheduled for a nother visit and fully aware of the costs.
I can$0027t recommend precision dental enough, completely changed my views on a dentist visit.

Let me cut to the chase. Dr. Packer is far and away the best dentist that I have ever been to. His staff is so amazing! This practice has it all. You get cutting edge technology, a phenomenal dentist, and assistants that know dentistry.
I was very happy with the options presented by Dr. Packard for my situation. His philosophy of do no harm (meaning minimal intrusion and harm to all teeth involved) really struck a cord with me. And I was absolutely blown away with the results. Did I mention the forehead massage while getting numbed up? They really have this dentistry thing down to science.
By all means do your research and compare different dentist. But trust me on this…..Dr. Packard and his incredible team are the best choice you can make.

Went to Precision Dental seeking help for a chipped tooth. The visit went very well and everyone was very friendly. After paying $99 for x-rays, pictures and cleaning some options were outlined. Was told a plan with each option and the cost would be put together and I would be contacted the next day, Friday, or the following Monday. After a week without hearing from them I decided to look for another dentist. I contacted the office and since I had paid for the x-rays and images, ask for copies of each so they could be taken to another dentist to reduce the cost of the first visit. During the phone call I explained why the copies were needed and my disappointment at not being contacted as I was told. The x-rays were emailed but not the images. At this point I am out $99 for services I would not have sought if I had known what the outcome would be.. Based on prior positive reviews the lack of response has been very surprising . Even after the phone call to the office there has been no response. Would like to have the $99 back so the money could be used elsewhere.

She informed me that they would call me back and take care of me as soon as possible. I felt like I was at home, which I didnt appreciate, I mean who wants to feel like they are at home while waiting to get their teeth wiggled out?? when I sat in the waiting area I didnt even have time to enjoy the seat that I liked very much before they were calling me back, I mean how rude!!!! I mean they didnt even have the human decency to make me wait a little. I cant make this stuff up if I tried!!! Did I mention I dont like Christmas!! The Dental Hygienist that I was stuck with was Hilary… She was very friendly and professional and I wanted not to like her but it was hard and she took great care of me from the moment she called me back until the very end!!! I wanted to be mad at Hilary but after rearranging the one good tooth in my mouth and cleaning it nothing hurt!!!! I mean there is supposed to be pain when at the dentist so I was upset about that… and just when I thought it couldnt get any worse…. Hilary hit a spot in my mouth when I was minding my own business and it tickled sooooooo bad that I laughed… ???? I think I scared her a little, it scared me too. Dr. Naz and Sam were amazing. They were very gentle in administering the local anesthetic and didnt begin until it was fully numb. Later on about halfway through I began to feel something and they stopped and re-administered the anesthetic again to make sure I was completely comfortable the whole way through. Very kind people I would highly recommend. Sam enjoy your shoes.
