We had an incredible experience at our daughters first dental appointment. The staff was very polite. Our dental assistant Jessica was so nice and patient with our daughter. Dr. Ashley was extremely helpful in educating us about our daughters dental hygiene and was super nice and patient as well. The facility itself was very impressive and well thought out with a fun and engaging atmosphere for kids. From the waiting room to the exam room we were amazed by all the kid friendly details. They even gave our daughter a toy at the end of her visit from the toy wall. We will definitely recommend SKY pediatric dentistry to others.

She has an amazingly efficient, fast, and super fun system set up to make going to the dentist a painless process. I have never had a more pleasant dental experience in my life. The staff is very friendly and on top of everything. The waiting room is perfect for kids of all ages, not that we even had to wait. Hands down! This is the best place ever, for your kiddos to go. They are absolutely amazing. Dr. Ashley and her team, make the best experience for your child and yourself. Update: I received a call today with an apology. She told me her boss mentioned that she was rude to me so she called me to correct it. I hadn$0027t mentioned to anyone in the office of the circumstances prior to the call so that means someone read my review on here. With that being said, for someone to care that deeply about their business to correct what some would let «fall through the cracks» says a lot to me. Especially with the fact that I still rated them 3 stars when I could have rated less due to that experience. If my previous experience there wouldn$0027t have been pleasant I would have rated less. I am from Bowling Green but no longer live here. We were back helping take care of an injured family member when my daughter injured her mouth and the tooth ended up dying. We called to see if they would take us. They got us in so quickly and did a fantastic job x-raying and extracting my daughter$0027s tooth. When you walk into SKY Pediatrics office the atmosphere is incredible. The best way I can describe it would be if you imagined Willy Wonka was a dentist. The office is so fun and inviting….it is full of kids artwork, balloon lights hanging from the ceiling, a wall of toys for the kiddos once they finish their visit, and so much more! My daughter is 5 and terrified of any and every doctor and dentist office. They were so kind and welcoming to her she walked right in and had no issues whatsoever. We are so thankful for the help and wonderful visit! We will definitely be back for cleaning!

Dr. Ashley and her staff always make my boys feel comfortable at their appointments by making the experience easy and fun. They explain all the steps they need to do at the checkup before and tell them why they need to do they things they do.
