Absolutely fantastic! Everyone i had the pleasure of dealing with was wonderful. Needed an emergency extraction, got me in within about an hour of calling. Filling out forms was all digital and easy, with help waiting if necessary. Everyone new their job and performed it very well. Most likely will be a future regular patient. The staff was awesome and Dr.Pullman is wonderful. Very kind and gentle. Made the experience less awful than it could have been. This is the next day and everything is great! These are the kind of people you WANT to interact with, at a dentist office or anywhere else! Thank you for the fantastic service!

I feel completely comfortable with them and trust them. It is always good to have a second opinion on a diagnose and I like how I was treated as a human being with feelings and just another opportunity to get as much as possible from Dental insurance which is the feeling I got from another dentist. Not impressed with the overall services at all. They managed to charge me $46 for fluoride despite having 2 forms of dental insurance, after I told them I had never paid more than $10 for fluoride treatment. They should have double checked that I actually was willing to pay for that before they did it (I would have declined that for sure) and then they acted like they were doing me a favor by waiving the fee to pay with a credit card. I wish I could give 5 stars because I like giving great reviews, but the service was average at best.

I was very nervous about seeing the dentists…..cause i have not been in years..bad me. I felt at ease during my cleaning. The person that did the cleaning is very good. The doctor was thorough in her exam and compleatly spelled out what needed to be done and what had most priority. I am going back for more work..a crown and fillings. And expressed to them that I$0027m very afraid of the denist,and it didn$0027t really seem to matter. Me fiancée went here for a basic cleaning, and they said she had 12 cavities. She went to a different dentist for a second opinion, and they said that McRae had no idea what they were doing. She had NO cavities at all. They also refused to send over the X-ray records to the second dentist, likely to hide their mistake.
