As soon as I walked in the office, staff was warm and welcoming. Checking in was easy and I didnt have to wait long at all to be seen. The rooms were all clean and organized. I was going in for my yearly cleaning and an additional cosmetic consultation. The Dr. was very thorough in everything he did and after examining my mouth, he assured me that he could fix all the cosmetic problems that I was worried about. In total, I was only there for a little under an hour and walked out happy!

I definitely had one of the best service at this dentistry. Coming in, the front staff was very friendly. I called for an appointment, and they were nice, and they did not disappoint. I$0027ve had bad experiences at the dentist in the past and been afraid of needles since I was young. I needed a filling and had to find the best in the area. Contrary to most of my experiences at the dentist, my time with LA Smiles has been absolutely incredible. From the moment you walk in and are greeted, you know that you are in good hands. Anybody caring for you will tell you what theyre doing, and check with you to make sure you feel comfortable. Definitely was a nice change after some particularly bad service in the past. I came here for some general teeth cleaning last month. Scheduling with them was super easy and quick, no complications like Ive had before with other dentists. I arrived on the date of the appointment and the staff greeted and I waited until I was called by the dentist to a room. After a couple minutes of waiting I had to switch to another room but it was no biggie, I liked the second one better lol. My teeth was then cleaned and the people taking care of me were warm and receptive to my questions. I had a great time and a great experience.
As a plus this is also my roommates dentist and for months I would wake up to his loud teeth grinding at night. It was a problem. He had used night guards before but none were comfortable for him, however the night guard given by this dentist last week works like a miracle for him and me. No more teeth grinding and more sleep for me.

The front office staff as well as back office staff show patience and concern whether its regarding financial matters or any procedures to be performed. Theres no such thing as it hurts so good but, two fillings took all of 10 mins and the anesthetic really didnt hurt. LA Smiles is a winner in my book and if you dont have insurance, you can purchase there at a seriously reasonable cost. Shout to Robin, Rosie and Geri and the rest of the crew!

A year ago I came here after chipping one of my front veneers. It was just before the Christmas holidays and I was getting ready to head back to Europe for two weeks. I was really worried about having half a tooth missing the whole time. Doctor managed to squeeze me in at the last minute.
