Clean Office and Friendly Staff and a VERY CARING DENTIST. I have an extreme fear of Dentist due to previous experience, but the Dentist I saw there was gentle, listen to my concerns and made me feel confident and reassured. The only NEGATIVE this particular office doesn$0027t Take Medicare or my Medicare Dental Insurance Discount Plan for Seniors. As a Senior places seem TO NOT UTILIZE THE WONDERFUL BENEFITS WE HAVE. Give us Seniors a Break Too. I gave the Information to the Office Mgr about DENTEGRA and the Discounts for Seniors. GIVE US SENIORS A BREAK PLEASE I THINK WE DESERVE IT.

This was are first experience with Western Dental. I must say we were very pleased. The assistants were so sweet and helpful. The dentist was the best dentist I$0027ve ever seen. He took his time to explain things to my daughter and I really appreciated that.

DONT GET BRACES THROUGH THIS PLACE …..If I could give this place a negative star honestly I would. For starters I got my braces on nov.2020 right before thanksgiving… mad but anywho thats not the problem the problem is when I got them on I was told that cleaning and X-rays and exams etc were included. So I scheduled a deep cleaning in March of 2021 for April 2021 got to my appointment at a different location and come to find out I have to get my wires removed before I can get them cleaned. Annoyed at this point I got a call to rate my experience and the worker said I can get the cleaning done at the same place so I scheduled that appointment for may 15,2021 well today is the 14th of may and they called me to confirm and to tell me its 50 dollars up front for a exam before cleaning . No sorry cant be ….not after paying 6,000 and cleaning was included !!!!called talked to numerous reps and they playing the transfer game after hearing your whole story , go into the place where I got my original braces for a face to face and they tell me the same bull umm no this is a lie and at this point I want them removed Im not going to two different places and having my braces prolonged because I cant be seen at one place if that was what i was told I would of never been asking about a fee….I feel bamboozled at this point out of a lot of money

DO NOT GO HERE THE MANAGER EDDIE TRY TO TAKE MY MONEY OUT OF MY HAND !!!!I had a really bad experience there they put braces on my teeth and never ever did any adjustments. So I called headquarters after two years of western dental saying they cant take my braces off headquarters did ! They told me in a email it will be free . I go in and Eddie told me thats not true it it be $300 and I called again the headquarters Lisa told me she just talk to him and he said everything will be free and that HE NEVER TOLD ME IT WOULD BE $300 So I go in to take them off and he trys to charge me again . I had to go somewhere else . He did this to my sister my friend and other people . He need to be out of there !!!!!!!!!!!

The doctors, technicians, and staff at Western Dental are all very courteous, kind and compassionate. Everyone has a great attitude and I feel cared about. Whether they are working in my mouth or in my wallet they are all very understanding and professional. I am fairly new to the area and they will be my dentist for the future

Esta es la segunda vez que cancelaron mi cita un día antes de que me tengan que ver para dejar un mensaje de voz diciendo que me llamarán para decirme cuál es mi nueva cita. No todo el mundo tiene tiempo libre, eso es lo que no entiende. Ya tuve que esperar 2 meses para esta cita y han pasado 4 meses sin ajustes, solo un cambio de color. Dijeron que consiguieron un nuevo médico una vez más como si realmente necesitaran mejorar. Ahora tengo que esperar meses para otra cita porque me cancelaron. Tan poco profesional que no sé cómo todavía están abiertos

The worst dentist! Do not start a contract with them. Ive had braces for way too many years. I had a appointment at 8:30 and was not seen until 11am . What makes matters worse they simply changed my wire , thats it. Didnt feel any pain once I left so that means they simply put in a fresh wire that I already had and I had to wait 2.5 hours for this ? The appointment I had before this one I waited over an hour to be seen. Doesnt matter if you pick an appointment early in the morning right when they open there is still an unprofessional wait. Always New staff who is inexperienced. Doctors always change so you hear different things each appointment. I just got called saying that they pushed my appointment back a month, when Ive already waited 2 months for this appointment .I was told the reason was because the doctor did not need to see me. I had 4 months left for my braces and was told they extended it to a year because of COVID. I dont need another year my teeth are straight even the doctor said so as it is written on my chart. They just do not want to reimburse me as my braces are paid off. They are stalling because they know my teeth do not need a year. Literally the worst experience I have ever had in my life . Will be calling corporate and emailing them as well. They need to do better its literally unprofessional. Going to talk to the manager today so hopefully they fix this because at this point I want to cancel my contract and money back so that I can go to a professional company. I could drag this company but I dont feel like getting more mad than I already am . So this is the nicest I can be. PLEASE DO NOT HAVE YOURSELF OR YOUR CHILD GO HERE. SAVE YOURSELF FROM THE HEADACHE. FIND A BETTER COMPANY.

This is the second time they had cancelled my appointment a day before I have to be seen to leave a voicemail saying they will call to tell me what my new appointment is. Not everybody has free time is what they dont understand. I already had to wait 2 months for this a appointment and its been 4 months no adjustment just a color change. They said the got a new doctor once again like they seriously need to do better. Now I have to wait months for another appointment because they canceled on me . So unprofessional dont know how they are still open

This place is horrible- stay away. From The receptionist to the long wait, zero stars. They make you wait minimum 1-2 hours before your even seen, this is normal for these folks. Then when you walk away from waiting so long to grab a bit or answer your phone they will cancel your appointment. Now lets move on to making an appointment, at least 3 months out. This office or site is horrible. The only reason I stayed is because of 2 people, hygienist and dentist, both are no longer working for them. Finally No reason for staying with them now. Will be switching from WD and definitely this particular .

Todays visit was such a wonderful surprise! Ortho adjustment and filling done within 2hrs?? My dentist was so professional,gentle and kind. Due to the pandemic the office had some bumps in scheduling and staffing which caused me a lot of frustration this year. It was a relief to have services preformed within a reasonable amount of time. Richard was such an AMAZING TECH!!!!!! I cannot say enough good things about him!!! So attentive to all my needs, positive energy, has a good relationship with his colleagues (from what I saw) very uplifting and made me feel at ease when I was nervous about my x-rays. Such an amazing person and technician!!! We need more people like Richard, especially in these hard times!!! Even when he looked drained he still managed to make me feel comfortable and even put a much needed smile on my face.??????
En segundo lugar, me tomaron una radiografía, después de que les dije que acababa de tener una una semana antes. Independientemente, siguieron adelante e hicieron otro, para poder cobrar mi seguro médico. Mi dentista general me dijo que se supone que no deben tomar radiografías a las personas con tanta frecuencia debido a la exposición a la radiación, pero a esta oficina no le importó.
TERCERO, me estaban cobrando más de 2 mil dólares por anestesia, que es algo que cubre mi seguro.
En general, NO vengas a esta oficina, ya que realizarán pagos al azar y son negligentes.
Mi amigo me había aconsejado anteriormente que no fuera debido a una experiencia similar, pero no escuché. Si no sigue mi consejo y termina yendo de todos modos, LEA la letra pequeña en TODOS los documentos proporcionados.

WARNING! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. First, they were charging all patients for a supposed «coronavirus copay» that I had to pay out of pocket. I spoke to Medical and other health departments and they told me there is no such thing as COVID19 copay. They cannot make up random fees for patients.
Second, they took an X-ray of me, after I told them that I had just had one a week prior. Regardless, they went ahead and did another one, so they could charge my health insurance. My general dentist told me they are not supposed to take people$0027s X rays so frequently because of exposure to radiation, but this office did not care.
THIRD, they were charging me more than 2 grand for anesthia, which is something my insurance covers.
Overall, DO NOT come to this office they will make up random payments and are negligent.
My friend had previously advised me not to go because of a similar experience, but I did not listen. If you do not take my advice and end up going anyways, please READ the fine print on ALL paperwork provided.

Dentists and technicians should wear visible name tags and introduce themselves. It would also be good to explain what you are about to do to the patient instead of just doing stuff with no communication.

My Step-Daughter was supposed to get her braces off on March 15th. They cancelled multiple appointments over the spring and summer without ever informing us so we only find out when we arrive and the office is closed. This last time they told us that we had to call back after August. It is now September 2, we just called to finally get her appointment almost 6 months after they were supposed to remove them and after getting the runaround for over an hour, they finally informed us that we needed to call back after the 11th when the 1 single Orthadontist gets back. The amazing thing is that her father was calling them at the same time and they told him that that Orthodontist wouldn$0027t be in the office until the 17th. The lies, misinformation, and lack of customer service is beyond negligent.

I havent actually experienced being inside. I was given an appointment. I showed up, 15 min. prior to my appointment. I waited 30min. and they never opened. Came to google, and found that theyre not even open on the day they gave me the appointment?!? So… why give an appointment that doesnt exist?? How, do you even schedule something like that?!? I got a double auto pay out of my account and when I called to question it Cynthia was arrogant saying it wasn$0027t western dental and I need to call my bank. I did and no further payments will be allowed from western dental. She was snotty and rude. Her name was Cynthia. But NOT the Cynthia I know at the office to be as sweet as can be. The billing Cynthia got an earful from me bc she stated my auto bill date is tomorrow, so they couldn$0027t have billed me yet…
