Good job by the marketing team, but disappointing real experience. Regarding the dentistry and environment, no complaints. Transparency of pricing is a real issue though as when we visited earlier in March, no pricing was sighted.
Communications was another issue: despite stating more than once that we were only CONSIDERING Invisalign and wisdom teeth extraction, they prepped fully for extraction on 1st visit! After this, of course we suspected the professionalism, so paid $500 and left.
Upon second opinion, we chose to go with another dentist for both services. In the end, that$0027s also why this review took so long. We followed up with Nuffield on why the single visit cost $500 and the breakdown took more than a month to come back. I recommend asking the price BEFORE you pass the front desk.
Two days before and the day before my surgery on 1 June, I was called three times by the front desk to remind me about fasting for oral sedation, how long roughly the surgery would be and the location of the clinic. These reminders were done in pleasant tones and made me feel everyone knew what they were doing. I was also informed I would do a 3D x-Ray to understand the condition of my roots better to make sure the extractions are more seamless.
On the day itself, I was ushered in immediately after registration for the X-ray and oral sedation and literally in no time, the extractions were going to happen. Dr Faisal was very patient with me as he could tell I was still extremely nervous and explained carefully what he was going to do for each extraction and that he would check in with me after each to see if I was okay and if they should proceed with the next. Also, while waiting for the sedation to take effect, I was asked if I could be made comfortable and as I was wearing a sleeveless dress and felt a little cold, two blankets were brought for me to tuck myself in. That definitely helped to ease my nerves too! Top service!
I guess the sedation and his expert skill worked wonders because in what felt like a blink of an eye, the first two had come out and apart from some light pressure and tugging, I had experienced no pain! Immediately I nodded for the third to be pulled which was again done in what felt like seconds.
Before I could really process anything, Dr Faisal explained it had all been done and what to expect during recovery. I was still in shock it was all over! In reality, it took 30 mins which is in itself phenomenal to me!
With my mums help, amidst my grogginess, the front desk was again super alert and considerate to my needs. I said I was cold and two front desk staff (both heavily pregnant) immediately switched off the aircon in the reception and put a chair by the entrance with the door open so I could warm up while they came to me to explain to my mum and I the medicines and follow up appointment etc.
My recovery has been exceptionally smooth. After a short nap, I was able to join my family for dinner the same evening of the surgery to have some soup and the next day I felt fine to go on short outdoor walks and do some Low impact video workouts.
Dr Faisal is incredible and if anyone ever asks me about extractions, theres only one dentist Ill be recommending for that! Also, Nuffield prides itself on same day appointments for those with the same phobia as me (in fact I feel my phobia has maybe gone away), Nuffield is a great place to go because theres no judgment – everyone is really professional and you leave feeling like you and your teeth are in good hands too!
Thank you Dr Faisal and team for all your efforts! It really was a gazillion times better than I expected!!! Am so relieved and am actually looking forward to my follow up next week!!!

Had all 4 wisdom teeth removed at a go! I cannot give a stronger recommendation for this Dental Practice. I was advised to remove my wisdom tooth last visit. So i came for second visit, every step of the process as a patient from arrival to treatment and follow-up was handled with the utmost profesionalism and care, even though they are so busy with other patients simultaneously. Dr Faisal is the best dentist i have ever dealt with. He goes out of his way to make me as comfortable and informed as possible, and same goes to the nurses. They all are highly skilled and genuinely caring. Now Dr Faisal and the team are my favourite dental care provider because they ease my anxiety with their humours and create happy vibes in the clinic. I didnt expected that i could even laugh out happily when walking out from the clinic after a big 40mins surgery. Kudos Nuffield!

Sunita es una excelente dentista, especialmente con niños pequeños, ya que es muy tranquila, cariñosa y paciente en sus interacciones con los niños. ¡Recomiendo a la Dra. Sunita a todos los padres que lleven a los niños que pueden estar un poco nerviosos por los tratamientos dentales para verla! My son was lucky enough as to land at this clinic months ago. From the very first day I felt that bringing my son going to a dentist doesnt necessarily have to be a bad experience. Some of the aspects Im considering in this review are: professionalism, transparency, cutting-edge equipment, availability, willingness to go the extra mile, extremely clean practice.
I would also like to take a moment to thank Dr Sunita for her sensitivity. Dr Sunita is an excellent dentist, especially with young kids, as she is very calm, caring and patient in her interactions with kids. I highly recommend Dr Sunita to all parents to take the kids who may be a bit nervous about dental treatments to see her! Interventions appear to be as required, unlike other dentists I had the misfortune to experience who do too much work and cause increasing problems. Its not about the price! How a great team they have in this clinic. Very helpful and joyful vibes!

Had a great experience there. Dr Weelyn Teh attended to me to have my wisdom tooth extracted. She$0027s a bubbly person and makes me feel comfortable throughout the extraction process. I am comfortable with the hospitality given to me throughout the process. Thank you guys (inc the staffs) for making the whole experience a pleasant one. Highly recommended for those who wants to go for their dental service.

Called to make an urgent appointment at 6.30pm yesterday, Kitty booked a slot for 7.45pm, Jojo did an X-ray at 7.55pm, Dr Teh treated my arching tooth and had it all settled before 8.30pm. All smiles, friendly staff, efficient and professional. How$0027s that for a dental service?
Im always very nervous and nausea before dental appointment. Dr Teh eased my tension and nervousness by her way of humor and bubbly character. She understands and empathies the fear of patients but yet maintain her professionalism to encourage and carry out her duty.
She talked and joked during the whole process of root canal. That kind of funny, relax and cheerful atmosphere had already taken my fears away. She accommodated my fear and anxiety by just doing a bit of changes to the procedure which made me feel more comfortable to proceed (for e.g. she cut a small hole on the rubber dam to make me feel better and have fresh air into my mouth as I was so afraid of the thing cover up my whole mouth). She encouraged me to proceed with the crown after root canal. The crown process took shorter time than I expected. I even brought my 5 years old son along to the clinic. Dr Teh was patience and kind enough with my boy and distracted him with a cartoon.
I feel as if she is a big sister to me and I feel safe in her hands. Im a difficult patient who need longer appointment time and encouragement than others but I still feel very much welcome that Dr Teh would like to take me as her regular patient. I have recommended this wonderful doctor to my family. Hope Dr Teh can stay in this practice to serve the public as long as she can. Highly recommend this clinic especially Dr Teh and her lovely team.

Dr faisal is arguably the most professional and competent dentist i have visited. To provide you with some context, I was experiencing severe discomfort from a locked jaw due to a wisdom tooth infection. Dr Faisal removed my wisdom tooth with minimal pain and in quick time. He was very gentle and checked in on my general well being throughout the surgery. I can confidently say that my experience was seamless and I would highly recommend dr faisal to anyone in need of dental work

El dentista, el Dr. Sunita, llamó y mencionó que estaba sobrevendida. Mi pregunta es que no estoy esperando, pero por qué se overbooking ellos mismos y la mejor parte es hacer que llegue temprano y se niegue a permitirle tener la cita más tarde, lo que puede causar muchas molestias al cliente. Los ingresos son importantes, pero también lo es la puntualidad. De todos modos, no recomiendo esta clínica dental ya que no valoran la puntualidad.

Their service is honestly terrible. Ive requested for an appointment at 5.45pm, they said not available and only have appointment at 5.15pm. So i follow suit. I arrived early so as to not cause any delay or inconvenience for other people. When i reached, most dentist would make you wait the most 10-15 minutes for the registration. At 5.45pm, still waiting. I asked the counter and they said 2 minutes. But the pevious customer just went in 10 minutes ago.
I gave up waiting and left. If only they follow suit with 5.45pm, everything is fine.
The dentist Dr Sunita called and mentioned that she is overbooked. My question is i dont mine waiting but why they overbook themselves and best part is make you come early and refuse to let you have the later timing appointment which can cause much inconvenience to the customer. Revenue is important but so is punctuality. Anyway, i dont recommend this dental clinic as they do not value punctuality.

Fabulous experience with Dr Hamdan and the clinic staff. Dr Hamdan is very patient with my boy and my mum. He is detailed and yet show consideration for both my mum n boy, recommending and adviced treatment that are only necessary for health benefits. Teaching my boy on dental health… I$0027m impressed that my boy told me, he wouldn$0027t mind to come everyday, after the experience… he was trembling prior to that.
Dental assistant, Tara is also very reassuring to both my mum n boy, making the experience superd!
We also have fantastic admin service during registration. Explaining the different subsidy claim etc.
In conclusion, Highly recommended!

I highly recommend Dr Weelyn, she is caring and assuring throughout my dental experience as I have as scared and worried. And the most important thing is her skills is really superb. I had my tooth extraction due to excruciating pain but after the extraction of the tooth, I do not feel any pain at all even though the anesthesia had already worn off. Thank you, Dr Weelyn for your patience and skills. 🙂

Dr Sunita Dabas was treating my four-year-old son. She is kind, professional and assertive. She slowly won the trust of my son and treated his teeth. My son$0027s teeth were in bad shape and needed RCT.
We visited her for almost a month and now his teeth are in much better shape.
I would recommend her.

If you are suffering from tooth pain after working hours, I suggest you find pain killer from any 24-hour clinic first, and visit other dentist the next day.
Mid-night tooth treatment @Nuffield cost $1300+, suggest not go, if you have other option.

My son had to go for a tooth extraction, scaling and polishing. Dr. Hamdan and his assistant were so friendly and gentle with him. My son was made comfortable almost immediately. The whole process went smoothly! Receptionist was friendly too. What can I say? The whole team displayed A class service. Thank you for making my son$0027s visit comfortable. He has nothing but praises for his dentist and wish to see him again in 6 months.

This is a overdue review. This clinic and the staff is amazing. they are so accommodating despite of the peak of the covid period. highly recommended. i did scaling and prophylaxis on this clinic.

I needed a root canal done as soon as possible. Before I went to Nuffield, my first attempt to get my root canal was, traumatising, to say the least. So when I called Nuffield to make an appointment, I requested for the best root canal dentist. Dr Weelyn completed my root canal in one session (I heard it usually takes 2-3 sessions). No pain at all.(unlike my previous experience) Even the injection of the anaesthesia didn$0027t hurt. Dr Weelyn was very assuring throughout the whole procedure. The staff at Nuffield were all very friendly and helpful, assisting me to get an appointment to get everything done as soon as possible so that I could resume biting normally. Dr Weelyn did a crown for me after the root canal.
It$0027s been about 5months now and all is still good! Prices are reasonable too for a private clinic (compared with what some of my peers had to pay). Very thankful to Dr.Weelyn for fixing everything so quickly! =D

I had a general cleaning of my teeth. But I have to say. This is the roughest my teeth were ever treated, and I am speaking as some one who has had wire braces and both wisdom teeth taken out before. I can tell it could have been handled much better. Given the price point, I would have expected something much better. I went in after seeing much good reviews but get deeply disappointed. I do not think I will ever go back again.
