Clinic waiting area is very clean and neat. Front desk reception was very polite and helpful to explain my queries regarding procedures and costs.

The procedure itself was done by Dr Hamdan, a very friendly dentist whose step by step explanations and tips were helpful for preventing future decay as each person$0027s teeth varies from another. The procedure did not hurt for me. Took about 35 minutes once the dentist started on me.

So I visited Nuffield dental Harboufront almost a month ago. Recommended this clinic to my colleague and that’s when I realised that I need to write a review! This was the process, I called in for an appointment for a check up. Punam was so professional on the phone, telling me all the necessary info without me asking since it’s my first time eg. where clinic is located exactly. Also specifying that I would be seeing a periodontist. At the clinic, I was welcomed so well. She asked me how was my day and whether I would like some water. Made an emergency appt in the morning and manage to get an appointment on the same day. Another dental clinic just brushed me off saying there is no slot despite knowing I have an infected wisdom tooth.

I have severe anxiety when It comes to dental treatments but the staff there is v calm and reassuring. Dr Smita Ashok is so friendly and patient with me, the procedure is quick and before I knew it the tooth is out! I had been having dull throbbing for several days and while I was at harbourfront I decided to pop in at Nuffield and have it checked. Even though I didn$0027t have an appointment they took me in. True enough the XRay showed there was a huge cavity which would require a possible extraction. Dr Faisal attended to me and assured me he would try to save my tooth. From previous experience with dentists I braced myself for pain. Surprisingly once he gave me a jab I didnt feel anything and he proceeded to treat me keeping me updated as he went along on what he was doing. I felt calm throughout even when he sought permission to do a root canal to save my tooth. I was more than happy to agree. It didnt take long. I was out of the clinic in half an hour. The most amazing part was only the affected tooth was numb which means I could talk and eat normally immediately after that. Whats more amazing was that after the anesthesia wore off there was no pain, no swelling and no trauma on the gums. I couldn$0027t even tell which tooth was treated! I$0027ll definitely be seeing Dr Faisal and his wonderful team again. The 1st time I go to the dentist, I was told to do an X-ray which I think it$0027s good bcos, will b able to see which tooth the dentist have to attend to. Had my teeth cleaned today by Pei Sin and I had a really good experience! She was very professional and thorough. Even though I was experiencing some sensitivity, she took extra care to be gentle and did a great job removing some coffee stains that bothered me a lot. I highly recommend her services!
