I wish I could give 0 stars honestly save your time, money, and a headache. So I had 2 dental crowns done here in late 2019, I paid 3,600 for both. 1 fell about a year later on dec 2020 I called the office they informed me they would be closed saturday & sunday. The closest date for an appointment was a week away. I decided to go to another dental place and they fixed it. About 20 days later the 2nd crown I got at this “dentistry” fell. Mind you crowns are supposed to last from 5- 15 years. So I call this place again and I go in on January 20 and they tell me that no it is not the crown that fell that its a implanted tooth. I was hesitant because I had the actually crown that fell of at home. I trusted them when they told me that it wasn’t the crown but an implant because they even took X-rays. I wish I remember the name of that girl who took the x rays she should be fired! I don’t even know if a dentist saw my x rays but they assured me and I left. I went to the second dentist that did my implant on January 23 and again they did x-rays which i paid for out of pocket!! The dentist at this establishment showed me and walked me through the X-rays It was indeed the crown that had fallen! This second dentistry even offered to fax over the x-rays showing it is the crown. So I call the south gate location again. They see me immediately on that same saturday (probably because they knew they messed up) and just glue the crown back. I talked to Sam because I felt lied to they should have know it was the crown instead of sending me away. I have been calling because I wanted a refund of some sort. Why? Because both crowns I got at this place fell less than 2 years i paid 3,600 for them to be this cheap, then they lied about the 2nd crown and sent me away. Finally today 02/10/2021 he called me back basically saying they did nothing wrong and its basically my loss. I wont be stepping a foot here again!

I took my 4 year old daughter and they were amazing! They were so patient with her, she was a bit nervous but they made her feel at ease explaining what they were going to do, I felt great too because taking a 4 year old kid that is nervous is a bit stressful, but they were great and we will definitely keep coming.
