Great service by great people.
I had so many questions throughout the whole process of my many dental visits because I needed quite a lot of work done(due to MY lack of care). The Sunshine Smile team was always ready and willing to answer my questions and make sure I was comfortable from the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out. Appointments are easy to book as they a handful of doctors. The work on my teeth came out great, and feels natural and comfortable. I can tell the team really enjoys helping their patients.

Being a RN for 26 years, cleanliness and hygiene are number one for me when looking for a medical provider. I was very impressed with this Sunshine Smile DDS office. The office,waiting room, and bathroom were all spotless. I was impressed by Dr Jouzy and her dental assistants procedures and all of the education Dr Jouzy provided me on the old crown I would need replaced…it was 20 years old and had a crack!!!something my previous DDS never saw. My first review was removed! This place is horrible. I was told I needed a root canal and to have a perfectly good tooth removed! All because of a tooth ache. They told me I could have it replaced with a false tooth though. They wanted to do work that was going to cost me over $2000.00. They really started out as a 5 star but after yesterday not so much!

I had an appointment on Monday June 27th to have a broken wisdom tooth extracted..I have pretty bad anxiety so the were going to give me a prescription to relax me…I called last week because I was in pain and thought the infection had come back…I called the office and Anna answered, I told her what was going on and maybe I needed more antibiotics if the infection is back…She put me on hold to speak with the doctor when she came back she said they were just going to refer me to an oral surgeon. ( seems at that point they just didn$0027t want to deal with me). She gave me the name and number of the surgeon and said she would send everything over all I had to do was call and make the appointment. .

So yesterday I went for my appointment and to my surprise Anna did not send the referral or anything else to their office.. (maybe if she spent more time actually doing her job instead of chatting it would have gotten done) Then the surgeons receptionist informs me that they do not take my ins..Needless to say I was pretty pissed! I mean who refers a patient to a surgeon that doesn$0027t take the same ins. That I use at their office? Oh right! Chatty Anna! So now I$0027m out of pocket $550 dollars because someone couldn$0027t do their job! They did say that they would put it through to the insurance as an emergency procedure due to how much pain I was in..So hopefully I get some money back…

I wouldn$0027t recommend this office to anyone! To bad too they do have some really nice people that work there..Just not worth the headache of dealing with someone that can$0027t do a simple email.
