I Had a scheduled Appt for a cleaning and a check up. After filling out a packet they gave me for intake i waited approx 45 mins after my appt time before asking when i would be seen. When i was finally called up to be seen they asked if i was there for braces, i told the receptionist ( who i later found out was the manager) I informed him, that thats not what i was there for and asked how could i wait for such a long time let alone CHECK IN without them confirming what the appt was for ? I also asked why would i be there for Braces for my first visit without having my teeth checked in general, ( did not make any sense). I got the vibe when waiting there would be a problem considering how many people were waiting in line as well as hearing there interactions with other patients waiting. There was a lady who checked in after me with her two children whom they told they did not have her information saved and she would have to fill out intake packet even though she had already done so online. They also did not have MY insurance information which i gave them weeks prior when setting the appt. Its all strange to me because surely a check up and cleaning would take less time then getting braces, Right ?After being told i would not be seen I elected to go somewhere else instead of rescheduling. DO NOT be like me check all of there awful reviews.

This place is the best just got my Root canal and crown done. My anxiety was through the roof, this was my first root canal and hopefully my last! I love the way the explained the treatment and made me feel comfortable and welcomed and although they are really busy they did two procedures in one day that normally take two office visits.
