I usually dont write reviews but i had to pen this down. Brought my helper to see dr saqib as she was complaining of tooth ac

he. Was greeted by a warm and friendly nurse. Didnt have to wait very long with appointment.

The doc was patient to lay out all the options… explain the various steps of the extraction procedure and chit chat with my helper to alleviate her fears.

The nurse explained the various painkillers and how to gargle..i.mean im sure they tell that to so many patients a day that its like repetitive. She never rushed through it and kept asking my helper if she had any questions and if everything she said was clear.

Dr Robin and his assistant are very professional, friendly and reassuring. I have a phobia of the dentist however they always make me feel at ease whenever I visit the dental clinic. If you are like me and hate the dentist, I highly recommend that you visit Dr Saqib. His mannerism and approach to a «novice» patient was amazing and he truly managed to calm my nerves by explaining his procedure, what actions he will taking and a plan for the rest of my treatments with him.

Now I am no expert but his technique carrying out the procedure was smooth and pain-free as possible – he did as much as he think I could handle and ensured I had enough breaks to continue.

My tooth has never felt better and after seeing him for the 1st time I have booked in again. Visited Nuffield last year , Doctor Sunita Dabas is great and skillful, therefore this time we went back to the same clinic but after we reach there then realised Dr Sunita is no longer at this branch. Dr Saqib attended to me, tried to removed my molar and the tooth break AND is he unable to remove the remaining teeth inside, he stitch up and referred me to Dr Samintharaj @ wheelock. Paid 1k plus cash, remaining by medisave. 2-3 days later I went to wheelock to remove the remaining tooth stuck inside AND paid another 1k plus in cash, remaining in medisave. When questioned why should i pay 2 times the amount , they said they will appeal for me. What kind of nonsense is this? If your doctor is not that skilled or professional enough to handle this case then dont even try. SO now, 2 months later, my gum is hving infections and growing extra tissue with pus/infection on the gum. We went to 2 different clinic, both dentist are unable to remove the tissue for me as they said this infections caused by «some» reason which they dont wanna risk to remove because if anything happens, they would be blamed. The staff were very friendly and quick to respond to my initial queries. I was a bit apprehensive and nervous about having my wisdom tooth removed as past experiences involved painful injections and Nurses holding on to head during extraction.

Dr Safdar is excellent as he explained everything clearly to me risks, costs and what to expect. His calm and friendly mannerism soon made me less nervous.

What was even best was the procedure itself. The injections were painless, the extraction was very straight forward (no nurses holding my head while my tooth was being yanked out) !!

I would like to thank Dr Safdar and the friendly ladies at the reception. He is going to be my Dentist from now on!! Highly recommended ! Dental assistant- a friendly greeting indian lady, very nice & attentive in assisting the customer needs during the dental process.
