The clinic require to do unnecessary cleaning and refer to other places before they finalise the treatment plan.

It is more proper to finalise all the plan then start the treatment. The whole process is waste o time and money.

I cannot comment on the skills of the doctor since I have not even done any treatment yet but I really doubt the process to doing things which is questionable. Why I need to do so many cleaning and refer to somewhere else and buy so many tooth brush which is totally unrelated to the treatment at all.

Also the explanation from the doctor and assistant is very unclear and inpatient.

This is my first visit to SMILE MAKERS DENTAL CLINIC and the experience was pleasant and enriching although the fees were slightly on the high side. Probably this could be due to the quality of service put in.

Dr. Asha attending to me is very patient and experienced, taking the effort to explain my condition which I was not aware of from my former dentist and the best practices for good dental health. I am very satisfied with the result after the preventative treatment.

Jean Tan the nurse was very friendly and made my visit a pleasant one. She explained the fee schedule and did an approximate estimation of the possible treatments. When I arrived at the clinic, I was promptly attended to. The staff were both friendly and courteous. I was personally ushered into the consultation room by Dr Asha herself. Had a very terrible & tramatising experience in this clinic yesterday. I was scheduled for a surgery and Dr Asha administer local anaesthesia to my gums and gave me 2 tablets of Amoxicillin followed by 1 tablet of Arcoxia and suddenly decided not to proceed with it. As a Dr, i believe she should check the x-rays that she had taken for me during my 1st visit beforehand before administering anything. I was physically and mentally prepared for the surgery, (even signed the documents and everything) but she ended up doing some other procedure and claimed that she «saved» one of my tooth. She even didn$0027t want to give me an MC for the day knowing that i did not turn up for my shift in the morning due to the surgery as planned.
