Avance rápido hacia el presente. El Dr. Lott se había jubilado y mi increíble higienista dental se había ido durante la pandemia. Creo que el Dr. Mercado es un buen reemplazo, sin embargo, el Dr. Lott ya se ocupó de los principales trabajos dentales que necesitaba, siendo mi implante dental el último antes de que el Dr. Lott se retirara, cuando asumió el cargo. Por lo tanto, pasaría la mayor parte de mi tiempo durante las visitas de rutina con el higienista.
Todavía estaba lidiando con algún tipo de ansiedad por separación del Dr. Lott y mi ex higienista cuando Jackie, la hija del Dr. Lott que trabaja en la recepción, me recomendó una higienista bastante nueva llamada Annie. ¡Le di una oportunidad a Annie hoy y me sorprendió en el acto! Ella es realmente hábil y muy bien informada. Sus manos trabajan con delicadeza y precisión. Agradezco a Jackie la recomendación. Jackie es el pilar que siempre ha sido muy útil y es el profesional consumado en relación con el servicio al cliente.
Esta es la primera vez que escribo una reseña y voy a aprovecharla al máximo, ¿por qué no? En mi experiencia personal a lo largo de los años, SacSmiles sigue siendo el mejor de la ciudad, ¡sin duda alguna!

Dr. Lott took care of my dental needs for many years. Ive had my fair share of mediocre dental providers before I found this midtown dental clinic from browsing the internet. Google & Yelp reviews such as this helped me a great deal to pick up the phone one day to call & book my first ever appointment & the rest is history.
Fast forward to the present. Dr. Lott had retired & my amazing dental hygienist had left during the pandemic. I think Dr. Mercado is a fine replacement, however, Dr. Lott already took care of the major dental works that I needed — my dental implant being the last one before Dr. Lott retired — when he took over. Hence, I would spend majority of my time during routine visits with the hygienist.
I was still dealing with some sort of separation anxiety from Dr. Lott & my former hygienist when Jackie, Dr. Lotts daughter who mans the front desk, recommended a fairly new hygienist to me named Annie. I gave Annie a try today & she wowed me on the spot! She is genuinely skilled & very knowledgeable. Her hands work with finesse & precision. Im grateful to Jackie for the recommendation. Jackie is the mainstay who has always been very helpful & is the consummate professional relative to customer service.
This is the first time I$0027m writing a review & Im going to make the most out of it why not?! In my personal experience through the years, SacSmiles is still the best in town no question about it!!!

Had a complicated cavity that chipped my tooth. Had it removed and a partial crown molded to it. Mercado and his staff saved it from having to be root canalled. You could hate going to the dentists$0027 but you won$0027t hate going to his office. They$0027re good people.

I love this dental office, everyone is so awesome and friendly. And Dr. Mercado and his assistants are top notch. He was easily able to fill a cavity AND install a new crown in just one visit and in only a few hours. This office has all the equipment on hand to handle everything efficiently it$0027s great. I$0027m very happy with Dr. Mercado and his staff, and would highly recommend them!

After having a terrible experience with Western Dental I decided it was time to look for a new dentist and found Dr. Alex Mercado office near my job. When I scheduled my appt over the phone the receptionist was very helpful and took her time to listen to my concerns.
I went in today for my cleaning and the office is so nice and clean. Staff is very friendly and knowledgable. I will be returning in the future and will recommend family and friends.

Best dentist around. I$0027ve been using Dr. Lott for about 7 years now and will never change. I$0027m always welcomed like a celebrity. Whenever I need work done besides cleanings he goes into great detail about what$0027s happening and why. He also discusses new studies/technology that$0027s out there which is awesome. His demeanor is always warm and friendly. I give him and his staff a 10!!!!

Personally, I don$0027t like going to the dentist at all. However, Dr. Lott and his team somehow make the experience enjoyable. The Front Office team, Chelsea and Jeanette, are always very friendly and help put any worries you may have at ease. Dr. Lott and the team made it a painless experience and put my «dentist fears» to rest. From start to finish, you can$0027t go wrong with Dr. Lott.

I always have a great experience when I go to Dr. Lott$0027s office. The ladies at the front desk are always very sweet when you walk in, and the hygienists are very nice and great at their job. I really like Dr. Lott and his staff. They are the best. I had my front teeth knocked out when I was 12. All my life I have had problems with having them fixed by different dentist in different ways. After awhile I would have to have them fixed again. When I went Dr. Lott He repaired my front teeth with implants. They look great, better then any thing I have ever had done. The staff has been very helpful and They are a wonderful family group that anyone would enjoy being around. I highly recommend them to anyone. Just give them a try and you will never go anywhere else. I can$0027t say enough good things about this dental office family!

Dr. Lott is the perfect dentist that tells you the BEST options available to you for your dental care. He is a quality, perfectionist dentist who uses top products and top labs. He is always reviewing current research on dentist techniques and is up to date on the latest and best ways to fix your teeth. He is a dentist who looks at cosmetics as well as the condition and the function of your teeth. He will create a dental plan with different options and inform you on the pros and cons of each. Then, it is left up to you to decide which dental treatment plan you want. He is a dentist that looks at the whole picture of your individual scenario and discovers every need not just quick fixes. If you want a dentist for life, I suggest going to Dr. Lott$0027s office. He is very patient and calm, and it is always a pleasure for me when I go there!

Dr Lott is the most detail oriented, caring dentist I have ever experienced; and everyone I have had the pleasure to work with on his team are truly wonderful on all levels.
I still cant quite figure out how he consistently manages to make me feel like he wont stop working every aspect of his work until he is satisfied with the level of quality and yet manages to keep my wait to a minimum whenever possible.
From the second I walk in the door and greeted with beautiful friendly smiles; to the expert job the assistants do in helping me feel comfortable while professionally anticipating the Drs next move. Everyone contributes very effectively making everything as smooth and enjoyable as possible.
I never feel pressured to get more x-rays then I feel needed, and both of the hygienists are some of the most caring and detail oriented (just like Dr Lott only with prettier smiles) I have had the pleasure to experience as well.
Finally a dentist I am actually looking forward to going back to see!!

I popped in yesterday morning on a whim just to explain my current dental dilemma and to my surprise, the staff got me right in to see Dr. Lott. I have always been terrified of the dentist and his experience was polar opposite to all others in the past.. While I still don$0027t *enjoy* being at the dentist, the front desk staff and very personable and kind dentist make it much more tolerable. I 100% recommend to anyone looking for a new dentist!

Dr. Lott$0027s office goes above and beyond for their patients, I would highly recommend them! Through a series of questions he was able to verify that not only my cracked crown but also my awful tension headaches were caused from clenching, I had no idea! He was able to resolve everything with a muscle deprogrammer! He is very knowledgeable on cutting edge innovations in dentistry and takes the time to give you the complete care you need, no matter what! Dr. Lott$0027s staff are welcoming, reassuring and incredibly kind. They really put me at ease – and that is not easy as I have a phobia with dentists. The group at SacSmiles are amazing! All staff were very knowledgeable and accepting. I haven$0027t had my teeth professionally treated in some time honestly kinda felt embarrassed that I haven$0027t had treatment; Doctor Lott made me feel comfortable and advised me on a gameplan to get me back on track that didn$0027t cost me an arm and a leg. They advised my of all the costs and what insurance was covering before I was treated. His team also used technology that I haven$0027t seen before! Using digital imaging, air brush polishing, and text message appointment reminders was a first. I$0027m very thankful that I found SacSmiles.
