Prior to starting my dads treatment, Silvia was very helpful. Very accommodating and understanding. But this seemed like a front. I was told numerous times that they are very busy and booked but somehow they fit us in, at the time I thought they were accommodating but instead should of been a red flag. When we went in for consultation, doctor was waiting in waiting room, seemed like we were the only patients. We were ready to do the surgery, but the dentist talked to my father for approximately 30 seconds and then left. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Then the assistant talked about how we would have to come back every year because screws could go bad and how they would not cover this. Red flag number 2. She continued telling us how there could be many diseases due to the procedure. If a nurse/doctor is negative about the procedure why didn’t that tell us when I called them? Instead they were so positive on the phone. And told us that there was nothing to worry about. Next we were charged 200 dollars for the scan – I was made aware of this but even within the states scans are complimentary. We were also charged $20 just for the consultation. LOL! What consultation? The time y’all wasted? We were then also charged $80 to the dentist office and the driver told us he would also pick us up and drop us back to the hotel, but instead we were stopped to the border and left to find another ride. Even after all of this we said we would continue with the surgery because we traveled from Texas to California for this. I got a text a few hours later asking if we’d like to cancel.

Horrible experience. I wasn’t going to write a review. But I asked for a copy of the scans and was given a blank document. I asked again today for them to resend and no response.

Essentially paid $220 for nothing. Also they aren’t even that cheap – almost the same price as the states.

My Mother-in-law Miriam Bello traveled to Tijuana from Las Vegas on Thanksgiving 2019 to have dental work done. She paid 3,200 US dollars for 8 crowns which was a great bargain. In January only 6 weeks after the work was completed she began having problems with cracked and broken crowns that had been replaced by Dr. Caroline in the office of Dr. Mexico. Her daughter Maria was told that they would refund her entire payment of 3,200 but have never done it to this day and will not return her calls. Never trust this dental office as they do shady work and use inferior material thus the cheap prices.

Since my original post I have spoken with Miguel who informed me that they did not have permission to talk with me about the case. They now have been given authorization to discuss the faulty work performed but have offered nothing in response to my lengthy email that I forwarded to supposed office manager named Sam who has never bothered to call me directly or as mentioned respond to my email. I am attaching a copy of a hand written letter and receipt for repair work performed. She was so kind and so patient, she took all the time she needed to answer every one of my questions without rushing me or any of those things they typically do in American dental clinics. I am extremely happy , and more than satisfied with this dental office! I live in Las Vegas and literally travel 5 hrs once a month just to get my braces adjusted. My husband had an appointment this weekend at Dr Mexico where he had a deep cleaning and he had one of his crowns checked & tightened up a bit. Dr Elizabeth did an outstanding job with the crown checking it over thoroughly. She is a great dentist and an expert with implants and crowns. He also had a deep cleaning with one of the other dentists. I had my lumineers checked over as well and the dr let me know they are all fine and still look great. We were able to eat in at all the restaurants and walk on the beach in Rosarito. Flew here from Georgia to get some dental work done! My work would have cost about 6k in states. It took 3 different visits (3weeks)just to complete all my work. 3 crowns and a fill in. N it end up costing me less then half what I would have paid in state. I’ve waited awhile to write a review cause I wanted to see a dentist here first to make sure my work was good. Well I’ve been having discomfort/blockage in my ear once again my jaws hurts also. N every time I floss 1 my crown displaces. Also I still need additional work done apparently. So I’m Slightly disappointed in this not being pointed out in Mexico as I ask for everything that I needed done! But at least my most expensive work was done. N done pretty decent minus the one crown that may need Re-cementing. Can’t complain much I appreciate what was done at the price it was done at ! I just went in today to get my final veneers and I totally love them . I payed $400.00 dlls for each tooth. While in the states I was about to pay $1,000 for each tooth. Miguel my patient coordinator and was very helpful.He answered all of my questions. This is the absolute best dentist office I’ve ever been to from start to end it really was an incredible experience Dr Christina and all of the staff were not only helpful with every step but really genuinely nice people who really care about their patients and the special needs of each different patient and of course the pride they take in the work they do.

Dr Elizabeth gave me the smile I have always wanted! I am very happy with her work. I live in Los Angeles, and over the past 8 years, have come not only to Dr Mexico, but to some of the other clinics in the dental network that they belong to. They have always given me very good care, and I have actually had a lot of work done in that time. However, the Dr Mexico clinic is my top choice,. This is the largest of the clinics, and has all new equipment. It is really nice, and is the closest to the border. Dr Elizabeth had worked in one of the other locations, but she is now the head dentist at Dr Mexico. The latest work they did was to place 8 veneers on my upper front teeth. My teeth had gaps, and because my lips are full, they didn$0027t show when I smiled. Extremely happy with my experience at the Tijuana Dentist Center. The facility is a nice modern office and the staff is friendly and caring. The shuttle service they provide takes all the hassle and stress out of getting to the office once you enter into Mexico. I put off going to the dentist for years, had extreme mouth pain and ended up needing multiple root canals. The root canal specialist was amazing and gentle. The price for the work I$0027ve had done so far is a very small fraction of what I would have had to pay in the US. I live in Wenatchee, WA and went to Dr Mexico in Tijuana in March/2017 to have an acrylic partial made.
Although I was a little nervous first about going and once I arrived at there office and saw the waiting room filled with Americans waiting for dental work I felt totally at ease.
The female dentist who took care of me spoke perfect English and their work was outstanding. I highly recommend Dr Mexico for fast, affordable dental work.
