My first visit to Little India Dentist was 2016 CNY first day. Dr Kumar and his team were friendly ,reassuring and helpful. My first implant went very well with little pain and no complications. I had a traumatic experience elsewhere and after three years, that implant broke. The implant performed by Dr Kumar is still solid after three years.
This time I had three implants and four teeth extraction including wisdom tooth surgery. Dr Kumar is very proficient and his staff are friendly and efficient. Pavarti at the reception explains the procedures, costs and medisave claims very clearly. I have no hesitation to recommend Dr Kumar and his team. I had a bad experience because of non professional doctors. These are not doctors, they are thieves . I randomly checked on Google a dentist clinic nearby me & felt it was worth going. My tooth cap need to fix. They informed on call that the charges will around 80+35 & after my visit they charged me $154. My visit was arranged via a phone call a week before for basic scaling and polishing. This was followed up with a reminder the day before. I was well attended by the receptionist at the clinic. The dentist requested for x-ray of my teeth to be taken. I was advised that this was covered by my company$0027s insurance coverage. It would be helpful to have some assurance on the x-ray procedure and associated risks and effects. The scaling and polishing treatment was conducted promptly and with much detail, including flossing. This is much appreciated. There were add-ons including antibiotic sterilisation and fluoride treatment, which were prescribed right after scaling and polishing. As these treatments were covered under the insurance, this was acceptable. However, for a paying customer, it would be much appreciated to have an overview of the treatment and associated costs before making an informed decision on the treatment to be undertaken.
