We were referred to the office by our insurance unfortunately. Absolutely terrible experience. We waited TWO AND A HALF HOURS at this office before being seen. That is RIDICULOUS for a wait time. And to top it off, this office doesnt even do what we were referred for. This should have been caught beforehand and I could have not wasted 2.5 hours sitting in this office for absolutely no reason. Maybe dont over schedule your patients so they they dont need to spend SEVERAL HOURS SITTING IN THE WAITING ROOM. Not fair to the patients. DO BETTER!

I love my experience at Western Dental with my daughter. She has always done amazing with the numbing process and today was the worst experience with her. She didn$0027t want to hold still and she screamed so loud. I felt so bad but we had to use the straight jacket thing with her. The Dentist had so much patience and said he$0027ll give her time and go work on the next patient and come back and try one more time with her. We got through it and my daughter did great. I$0027m so proud of her and so pleased with the staff. Thank you all for everything you guys do.

Horrible service. Why? Because they are affiliated with Western Dental. Total welfare dentist. If your appointment is at 10 am, that really means 11 or 1130 am. No apologies, just excuses and blame. Was better before Blue Hills took over. Now Western Dental will drive it into chapter 13.

The staff at this location is horrible!!! The have horrible customer service they are rude and very unprofessional. They never answer the phone, all they do is sit around gossiping the whole time. No patient concern or anything .

My son$0027s appointment was at 9 am in still sitting outside the gate and it$0027s 9:13am poor customer service some staff is nice but the front desk is horrible. Probably be here all day since he$0027s 7 and scared of the dentist. Now it$0027s 9:15!!!

I have been coming here since a child. They have always made me feel comfortable while waiting to be treated. At times the front desk have their days, but overall; Ive never had an issue with them. Definitely will continue to be seen here.

2020 October-My visit was so smooth as always,My Dentist A. Nguyen is always on point with patience and making sure you are comfortable with no pain!!! -2020 12/29 My daughter 8 year old went in today and was of course nervous, but her Temporary Dentist I forgot her name was very patient and talked to my daughter a lot making sure she was comfortable!!!!!Thank you!!!

This place is a joke. I watched a doctor play with his jacket IN THE DARK while my son was getting X-Rays. We waited for half hour before he was called to sit and wait for another half hour. When I called out the doctor I was told to speak to the manager. As he ignored me and acted like I wasn$0027t there. Which caused me to get out of character. Now I$0027m looking into lawyers clearly this office has a issue with 1.8 review people also reach out to the better business bureau.

De todos modos, no responden a sus líneas telefónicas, he llamado varias veces y he estado en espera durante horas, NO bromeo, también llamé al número 1-888 y la persona en esa línea trató de llamar (un representante del cliente ¿Quién trabaja para Western Dental? Ella tampoco tuvo respuesta.

They Don$0027t answer their Phones: They will cancel on you without any notice and Play that the tried to call and leave a message; BS!!!!!!
We showed up to our appointment that was Canceled with NO Notice because they scheduled us with the wrong dentist- whatever that meant and that they were short staff as well.
Any how they don$0027t answer their phone lines- I have called numerous times and been on hold for Hours- NOT Kidding.- I have also called the 1-888- number and the person on that line tried to call ( A Customer Rep. Who works for Western Dental) She also had no answer.
So now we have an upcoming appointment that was scheduled in the office on a certain Date- I got the Card reminder that the front receptionist gave me- But then I also have an email with a different date and time for the same appointment- This is frustrating I have tried to call and I am getting no answer to clarify our appointment…… They are unprofessional and unorganized.

Hoy me llevé a mi hijo y la hija de sus citas, cuando fui allí después de 30 minutos esperando que me dijeron que nuestra referencia es caduca. Si ha caducado, ¿por qué nos dan una cita? (Mi esposo y me llevaron medio día libre, y mi hijo dejó la escuela temprano, pero fue eras de tiempo allí).

I am totally disappointed with their appointment system. If we have appointment at 2:00 pm, they will call us in 2:30 then we wait in the room for 20-25 mins until dentist come.
They give me appointment on January 13, when I went there they told me that we dont have dentists for adults here. If you dont have adults dentist, why did you give me an appointment? ( I took half day off for this appointment but I just wasted my time there)
Today I took my son and daughter for their appointments, when I went there after 30 minutes waiting they told me that our referral is expire. If it is expired, why did you give us an appointment? ( my spouse and me took half day off, and my son left school early, but it was wast of time there).

They will keep you on hold and if they cant help you they will say they are going to contact the office and place you back in the Queue.

The worst dental u can take ur kids too. Super slow. The xray guy is very rude. Dosent even talk to the child just says open n close. I told him to stop taking 4that xray n he said I know my job n I need to take it cuz it child is not doing it right. He was not knowing how to take a xray right I told him not to take alot. He got but hurt n told me his tired of shetty parents like me. Can u believe this. I can$0027t believe he has the guts to say that. Doctor N heard it n didn$0027t even tell the guy nothing. Apparently no one at their office knows how to answer their phone, so I cant make an appointment. I have been calling for three days, left messages, and still havent gotten a call back. Not to mention when my husband went in to have a tooth removed, they broke his jaw without proper anesthesia! Now he has constant pain from their botched procedure, and doesnt want to come back.

I was asked to leave because they would not allow husbands to be with their wife while she has been treated, doctor and support staff were rude when asked for policy nobody was forth coming with one just told to leave we pay for your services so do the insurance carriers western dental needs to provide more customer oriented training to the doctors and support staff and get some staff who are customer oriented, you guys just lost a customer and will spread the word for what happened today,PATHETIC RUDE STAFF

Weve been with Access/Blue Hills for 10+ years. Theyve gotten much better over the past 5 years for sure with service, wait time, upgraded office and customer service. If there is work to be done they usually start it the same day which is very convenient. The staff is very professional and the providers are always thorough and friendly. I took away 1/2 a star because it can be difficult to get through on the phones at times and there can be a bit of a wait, not every time, but sometimes yes. I typically plan all appts for two hours anyway and I dont remember a time that weve ever had to wait longer than that. Emergency appointments are a long wait, but that is to be expected with most Medi-Card dental offices. The other 1/2 a star I took off is for the front desk staff. They could be a bit more friendly, smile more etc. Not that theyre rude, but in working at a medical facility myself, I know that patients appreciate a cheerful disposition and greeting upon walking in. It gets their entire visit off to a better start. Overall, I feel that the negative ratings are all a bit overly dramatic. In 10 years Ive never had a horribly, dramatic negative experience here.

The place needs to get cleaned, really dirty especially with this pandemic going on.

I went in when it was dead (absolutely no one else in waiting room) for an emergency. I tried calling the entire day before heading in, but never got through on the phone. Was told to come in the next day, which ended up being the busiest time of day (completely full waiting room). Took two hours to be seen. Person doing my x-ray did not listen when i said pain was both on top and bottom teeth, only took x-rays of the top. The dentist looked at one tooth for a second and told me he was prescribing me antibiotics and to make another appointment. Go to make appointment and it$0027s nearly two months away. The infection will not stay away that long, it makes zero sense. If my dental plan wasn$0027t in charge of who I am able to go to, I would never go to this place again. Btw, the receptionists ignore you completely and will even walk away while you are trying to talk to them.
Also, the place is absolutely filthy. The bathroom was not stocked and the sink looked like it hadn$0027t been cleaned in months. Trash was everywhere. There were few seats that didn$0027t have gross stains and the dentist chair I was to sit in had mud or something all over the leg part. The metal base of the lamp had a dried blood splat on it. Seriously, please avoid this place if you can.

I took my two daughters to Access Dental for a check up. They said my oldest daughter had 17 cavities and my youngest daughter had 7. I took them to a different dentist and they said my daughter didn$0027t not have 17 cavities, in fact she didn$0027t have any. And my youngest daughter only had 1 small cavity.
