I have been using this branch of Western Dental for over 7 years. They do good work. They offer payment plans and they also do emergency dental surgery. I trust their work. They always super busy with clients so the wait time for an appointment can be up to a month. So you should not wait until the last moment to use their service. We have done my mother$0027s major dental surgery at this branch. It$0027s also expensive but a lot less expensive than other dental chains. With their pay as you go options and loans it makes it affordable to most lower class people. Most of the workers are people of color (but no black people work there though). I think that is the only drawback because most of their customers are black. So Western Dental needs to work on that. Worst place ever. my daughter had a visit because of her wisdom teeth were bothering her. The oral surgeon on call that day had us schedule an appt for them to be removed. We’ve waited over two weeks for this appointment. She’s been in pain a lot of pain. Went to her appointment today and the oral surgeon on call says he won’t remove them because there isn’t a infection and they aren’t fully pooped through. Well she was given antibiotics a few weeks ago and the other oral surgeon said they need to come out. While the dentist is looking at her teeth pressing on them asking am I hurting you and her saying yes it still wasn’t enough.

I take this as a sign that she shouldn’t go there because they obviously have no clue and they got their license from a Cracker Jack box.

The only good thing about this office was the front desk staff.

The staff are nice at this location. My daughter has been going here for about 2 years. She got her braces on at this location. I don’t recommend this place for braces. After years of her having her braces when they took them off she has a overbite her teeth stick out although they are very straight. I had an emergency on a Thursday and had to hear from the call center (which never has any information), My only option is to try back. She made sure to check in often and pay attention to any concerns about if something feels off. She made my day during the last visit by being so patient and kind and attentive during the temp crown sizing. This office is extremely busy and can take a while to be seen and you might have to wait in the chair a lot, but they make up with good service and checking in to let you know when they$0027ll be back to help you. My first appointment here I waited four hours for x-rays. My second appointment the guy who previously checked my teeth to get my wisdom teeth removed wrote the wrong codes so I had to wait, while I was already numbed, for the front desk to tell me I would have to pay more money.
