Karla, as well as the rest of staff are all incredibly welcoming and helpful. From all of the front desk workers , to the X-rays, the dental assistants and what I believe is the lead dentist herself , they are all wonderful. If there is anything they can’t specifically help you with they will refer you to a place that can. Today I got my teeth deep cleaned and the gentleman who I had the pleasure do that for me was great made sure he went out of his way so I didn$0027t feel it. Asked over and over if it hurt. When it was hurting stopped to numb right away. Hands down to everyone who works there. You are all amazing. The staff is amazing and usually happy to help. However, this branch needs improvement on scheduling/communication. I have learnt to confirm my appointments at least twice before heading over there, after a let down on 2 different occasions. One, being told that i wasn$0027t scheduled when i know/believed i was, or the hygienist was not available and all appointments were cancelled without being notified.
