El doctor genial, pero no se que pasa con la recepcion, hable 2 veces y solo me dijeron que me regresaban la llamada y nunca lo resivi. Queria preguntar si aceptaban amerygrup para no ir en vano,mi niña tenia cita porque hace un mes le dolia una muela y me dijeron que alomejor ya no iban a aceptar esa aseguranza. Y asi quedo no recivi ninguna llamada para confirmarme, que mal a mi el doctor me parece muy bueno. Ojala puedan chequear eso, que si no aceptan alguna aseguranza habisar que no podran atender, o por lo contrario tambien informar de que la cita sigue en pie. ??

Did not go back, the tone of the dentist is unprofessional (middle eastern guy) I felt like he judged me when I was in pain asking why I didn$0027t brush my teeth that good that morning repeatedly like I was 10 years old. I was embarrassed and felt belittled. Ummm I was in pain maybe that$0027s why I couldn$0027t brush as good????? Btw I$0027ve never had a dentist question me in the tone he did.
He spoke really fast trying to tell me I$0027m gonna need veneers by a certain age and just kept adding on to the list of things to go wrong instead of just focusing on the two teeth that I asked for help with. Money draining /scare tactic? Sure felt like it. Mind you I was on medicaid at the time, so of course I didn$0027t have that kind of money. They quoted me a ridiculous price, didn$0027t even offer payment plans to me.
I ended up getting dental insurance through my job and got my teeth fixed by Precision Dental on S. Forte Apache, far but definitely worth the drive, their staff services and the dentists there actually show empathy and compassion towards their patient.

I came to bonita dental for help and thats what they did he gave me a whole new treatment/braces re did them and two years later i got the results i was hoping for . Im so thankful for them working with me and being understanding throughout my treatment. I really RECOMMEND BONITA DENTAL from the staff thats always welcoming very nice, very clean place, i NEVER waited hours in the waiting room to go to the back for treatments …they get the job done . As Im almost done with my treatment having braces Im excited and satisfied 🙂
