I wanted to go back with my son during a simple filling procedure. He is 7 and a very good kids who trusts me and most adults. I was first told by the assistant that I could not go back because I can just cant but I can stay until they do the N2O, and some doctors allow it and some dont. I then got back to the room with my son and stayed with him before she did the laughing gas and she said let me go ask the doctor if you can stay, she came back in and told me that I cant stay in the room during the procedure because kids will ask to be saved by their parents. I told her he will be fine and that wont be a problem with him (I know my child more than anyone). The dentist came in and asked if I had any questions. I said yes I hear that I cannot be in the room during the procedure and she told me that it is because the rooms are small already and its a danger to the patient and it is just the policy. Before I left the room I told them DO NOT hurt my child since the rooms are small. I was not asked to sign a paper about the policy, I was signed a paper back in 2014 when my son had a procedure done. Per HIPPA these forms should be updated yearly if that if the argument that is given. That was a different procedure many years ago so it does not apply to this one today. What I heard as a mother was that before the procedure even started my son was in danger due to them having small rooms and there was not a consistent answer given in regards to my answer. I wont be coming back after this. They are not even accredited as a facility, that is consistent with the work provided here.

Horrible place will never be returning and would not recommend. Did not do good job they did everything in a rush and with an attitude that they put water inside my eyes and got mad when I pointed it out. My teeth have been in more pain and really delicate. They told me I had to go back with them to get more work done or I would ruin my teeth when I mentioned I wouldnt be under their service ever again she kept on insisting in a bad way that I had to go with them. I attend the dentist every single month for braces treatment and checkup, they have not mentioned any problems with my teeth.

Im sad to say this years later but this office should not be open. I had to walk out on this office as a dental assistant. I have kids and at the time I knew nothing felt right and it was better off to walk away from this company. As someone who is already uncomfortable with the dentist I can say this place does not make you more comfortable if anything they did horrible and made me completely hate going to the dentist. The final incident was a couple months ago when I had to get a fill on my wisdom tooth. They must of hit my tooth next to it because now theres a crack in the tooth that hadn$0027t been there before they did the fill. My daughter is 12 and she has major anxiety about going because we have had some bad experiences with other dentists having terrible bed side manners and are just rude and not good with kids. I told them i was in pain and they wouldnt listen to anything I had to say at all, they would not let my mother or father go back with me no matter how many times I cried for them; My gums were bruised and swollen for days every time that I went. I had asked if my mother could go back with me and was denied because there isnt enough room, which is a load of bull, and a girl my age shouldnt need her mom for that, granted I was 17, but theyre the reason I was terrified to go in there to begin with. Can you blame me for not trusting them? They hit a wire on the top teeth that did have braces and I was told I dont need to worry about it, and were telling me that I was faking the pain. Turns out they only ruined the wire and the brackets along with it. My orthodontist had to readjust it completely, and was shocked at what a terrible job they left. They tore the gum where they extracted a tooth and left a root of another tooth exposed. Not only that, I felt the ENTIRE process because they dont know how to give anesthetics, and dont listen to their patients cries of pain. They dont care about their patients at all whatsoever. They have always done a terrible job, and Im sure theyve traumatized other kids as well with the way they do things. Im not sure how or why this place has stayed open… Save your child and/or yourself the trauma, and look for another dentist that actually cares about the smile of their patients… If I could leave a negative review I would. Im only giving them a review to help others see what a disaster of a place this is.

I have a 4 year old and they are great with her! There a video games in the front lobby, it has animals painted all over the place, amazing friendly staff and they are very good at what they do. Everytime my daughter leaves there, she is smiling and having a good time. She gets very excited when they give her a balloon at the end of every visit! Going to this dentist is so much better than when I was a kid.
