I would like to give a thorough assessment of my experience with this dentist office. Dr. Strickland is both personable and professional. There are seven people in my family and everyone has been seen multiple times. Two years experience with this office so far. (We went to different dentist office when we first moved here but quickly began searching for another. *a review for another time perhaps.) The services we have received from Dr. Strickland ranges from annual clean checks (for both children and adults), to fillings (again both children and adults), root canals, and referrals to a more specialized pediatric dentist for invasive work for a young child. I would have given it five stars but for one of the two dental assistants I have had experience with. This technician is not one I will see, and have had this sort of experience in other dentists offices in the past, where I end up scheduling my visits with the chair I prefer. I found this technician to be impatient and annoyed when trying to place uncomfortable (and painful) X-ray film in my mouth. Maybe she is ready to retire and doesnt want to be doing this line of work anymore. I dont know. But this is her vibe.
Dr. Strickland is amazing though.
