I broke my tooth this past Sunday and frantically tried to find a Dentist for an emergency. I left about 6 voice mails to different dentists who advertised for emergencies and to call their number. That being said I have this magical talent for breaking teeth over the holidays and 2020 was no different and just like last year these guys got me in and fixed ASAP. If you$0027ve got bad anxiety and or need more than average lidocaine don$0027t be afraid to speak up, the staff will listen and care! My pro tip is if you know your problem will take longer than an hour to fix ask if you can be seated in one of the rooms with a TV and complimentary Netflix. The staff was extremely friendly. They were able to fit me in quickly and I was in good hands through not only cleaning, X-rays and exam but a crown replacement. Tiffany was very helpful explaining the cost of the suggested procedures and their priority. Ill be going back in July for the permanent crown, another crown fitting and some filings also. We are new to the area so it was comforting to find a dentist of this caliber so easily here in Nampa. My wife is particular about here healthcare providers, so after I told her how it went, she is setting up an appointment to get some dentistry done(that in itself is the sign of 5 star service in a nutshell).

Never met a staff so willing to work with their Patients. Dr. Satchwell heads a well oiled machine. They have their efficiency down so well, that what should have taken 2 hours for two of us being seen back to back. We were both done in 45 min. Amazing!
