This maybe long but if you are afraid of dentist , this is a great place to go. I have been to the same dentist for some time now , over a week ago i started having very bad tooth pain. I put off going to the dentist because i am so terrified of going . I called my former dentist and was not happy with how i was treated . I called cornerstone on Thursday for a second opinion, they fit me in same day . I was with the dentist for over an hour trying to figure out where the tooth pain was coming from. I was treated absolutely wonderful . They treated me no different even though i was so nervous about being there . They found it was probably a bad wisdom tooth that hadnt cut all the way through the gum yet . They gave me the option to come back the next day or call the surgeon. When i called the surgeon they said i would not be able to be seen until January . I called back cornerstone they fit me in Friday for me to have my wisdom tooth out , i called several times that morning and spoke to hope because i was anxious and wanted to make sure i followed instructions. She as so nice , and never seemed bothered . Dr.white and (i think it was Ashley?) were able to get my wisdom tooth out . I was anxious but they were so kind and caring . Some of the kindest medical professional Ive ever been around . They were patient and took their time with me . I fully trust their office and I am so happy i found them . Today is Saturday the day after removing the wisdom tooth and i have minor discomfort . I would definitely recommend this office, and Dr.White . They went above and beyond what i could have pictured . Dr. White even called me on a Saturday afternoon to check on me . Such kind and compassionate people .

My experience was a «lesson learned». One of my first questions was to inquire if Cornerstone accepts my dental insurance. I was told yes, they were quite familiar with it, so I made appointments for myself and four additional family members to coincide with our next semi-annual teeth cleaning. On my first visit as a new patient, I was given a tour of the facilities which were quite impressive. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. However, when I discovered how little my insurance covered their costs, I was told that they only contract in-network with Delta Dental, but as a courtesy they will file other plans. Had I known this up front, I would have asked a few more questions about coverage. I take some responsibility about not doing my due diligence with my dental plan regardless of what I was told, but I believe Cornerstone was not quite on the level. My family and I have had regular 6mo checkups and dental care for over 10 years, so I also question the necessity of all the new-patient workup procedures (which, by the way, are well over the usual and customary costs). They also did not inform me that I would need to make an additional appointment for the actual teeth cleanings until AFTER all the new-patient procedures were completed. As I write this check today, I am ruefully considering that we will have paid over a thousand dollars out of our own pocket to purchase a «thorough» workup, even though we have had regular checkups/x-rays etc. – when all we really needed at that time was our teeth cleaned. Perhaps that is the way it works in this field, which is why patients don$0027t want the hassle and stay with practitioners with whom they are less than thrilled about. If money is no object, and you don$0027t mind paying what your insurance won$0027t cover, then I will say Cornerstone will fit your bill!

Ive never had a bad experience at Cornerstone Dental Associates. Everyone has been kind to me and they work around my work schedule very well. When I walk in the door, Im usually greeted by name and with a smile. They are very professional, attentive, friendly and fun. I was sent to another Dr office to get a root canal, it was hard for them to work me in with my work schedule and when they finished the procedure they charged me $300 more than what I was told it would cost me.
