Wonderful people working here. I had an emergency I was in so much unbearable pain that I made an appointment and I had never been there before. Dr Rudy and his associate who helps him were so very kind and friendly to me. Everyone who works there has a very calming demeanor and are very nice people to be around. Don$0027t get in a hurry and frustrated to wait until it is your turn to get in because they take their time and they are meticulous and have a certain method to treat each person very individualized. I love Keene Family Dental! The doctor is very gentle and easy to talk to. I thought he was very professional and made me feel as comfortable as possible. There is complimentary coffee to drink while you wait and a nice TV in the waiting room. The office is kept very clean and when I called to schedule my appointment the front desk was very knowledgeable about all of my insurance options. I was greeted with a smile on arrival and the ladies at the front desk were very pleasant. I recommend this dentist office to anyone.

We no longer go here because: 1) an entirely different staff every visit. 2) said staff wasn$0027t just rude, but outright hostile to me, for last two visits. 3) For three appointments in a row, the clinic was CLOSED. No one had shown up to even open until well after the appointment time. 4) In our last appointment, when we were taken back, the entire back area was covered in mud and cockroaches, even on some of the counters and equipment. Staff had the nerve to be condescending despite the absolutely filthy workspace. I have no idea how they$0027re still open. 5) I have been «removed» from their call list four or five times now. When we first began going in 2015, it was such a nice place. I don$0027t know what happened but I will never, ever be back.

I am giving Keene Family Dental 1 star, only because Google will not let me submit a review with 0 stars. My whole family came in to get dental work done. They cut us a discount which was great and my wife decided to pay upfront for all work. After a week I decided to hold out on my teeth for a few months because I was waiting on dental insurance from work. They agreed to refund us back my portion of work in the form of a check. A month passes and no refund. I called and they said that since we paid via credit card, it would have to be refunded back to the card. I asked why it was taking so long because now I am paying a month$0027s worth of interest when they could have cut me a check like they said they would. They told me it was corporate policy to refund payment back the way it was received. When I asked for the corporate name number, they were not allowed to give out that info. I do not know what kind of a shady business Keene Family Dental is running, but anyone who is run by «Corporate» and they can$0027t give me any of their «Corporate» info sounds very sketchy to me. They called me back and said that they just asked for a refund from the creditor and I should be receiving the funds in 24-48 hours. I wonder why they waited a whole month to do it and only when I called did they get the ball rolling. Thanks Keene Family Dental for your shady work ethic. I now am having to eat a month of credit card interest. Never will I go back or recommend them to anyone. STAY CLEAR! You have been warned.

They don$0027t let you make your own appt. they tell you when it$0027s going to be which is super annoying because once they finally let me know the appt. date I always have to reschedule it for a day that works for ME. Called to confirm appt time and cost because i am cash pay. Offc manager/drs wife took over phone call «what is your problem?» Is her greeting to me. I replied calling to confirm appt time and amount. She explaimed the price het staff had quoted was with error. That they make «crappy» conversation! She sd they need to be retrained and the price was 200$ higher than quoted. She belittled her staff and spoke over me the entire conversation. Refusing to give me the name of her superior. Stating she was «high person in charge and make all decision» . Her broken english is a challenge to understand until she raises her voice and demands you listen to her «authority «. I hung up went to the clinic to get clarification on the error. She stated she caught another error hwr staff made and increased the cost ANOTHER 181$. She is by far the most unprofessional offc mgr i have come upon. I didn$0027t see Dr Christian that day nor will I ever again. HIS WIFE/OFFC MGR HAS COST HIM many subsequent referrals as well as my family of 7 services. I was shocked at how unprofessional and unethical she was and how poorly her view and treatment of her employees was. I truly pity the man who goes home to such «authority$0027 and rage each day. Steer clear- my initial visit was five months prior and then to i saw a devilish behavior- it wasnt directed at me so i didnt form much of an opinion then. My mistake- wont make another with Keene Family Dental!
