This is my first time at a dentist or similar place that I did NOT experience any pain at all. Its been about 5 or 6 years since I have been to a dentist because of moving constantly for work and other stuff. This was hands down the most pleasant experience I have ever had. All the staff and Dr. Weinacker were very knowledgeable, friendly, and made the experience very smooth. He did a root canal for me and I have another scheduled in a couple weeks with him. The procedure was very fast and did not have any complications. Highly recommend him to anyone needing work done. Would go back to him no questions asked or have any doubts.

I have had 2 root canals by Dr. Weinacker and both were great experiences from start to finish. He and his staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. After my second root canal I had some discomfort the next day and called the office. They assured me that this was completely normal and advised what medicine I should take, which helped immediately. Do not waste your time. I had symptoms of covid and called the front desk to ask if they wanted me to come in or play it safe, I was advised not to come in due to covid symptoms. I rescheduled my appointment only to find out the way they bill is different from what the insurance company. Basically, the insurance told me all I needed was a certain amount and on the day before the front desk tell mess me I needed like 250.00 more. The woman explained to me thats just the way they bill people. I didn have that amount of cash at the time so they told me due to me changing my appointment the doctor couldn$0027t see me. These people are a joke find another Doctor.

I took off from work to go with my husband to see Dr Weinacker. My husband has some major issues and was going to possibly have to have 2 root canals and I wanted to be there to see what was said. When I went with my husband in the back, the hygienist rudely tells me that they don$0027t allow visitors in the back. I quickly told her that I am not just a visitor I am the wife. She let it go for then. She and another girl took X Ray$0027s and didn$0027t put ANY protective blanket over my husband AT ALL. And then that same rude girl stood by our door and eavesdropped on everything me and my husband said until Dr Weinacker came in. I have some lower back trouble so I sat down in his swivel chair because it was the only one there. When Dr Weinacker came in he didn$0027t bother to say say hello he just quickly told me I needed to leave. I asked why because I was the wife not just random stranger. But he basically threw me out for the initial consultation using COVID-19 and the CDC as an excuse. I was allowed to come back so he could waste time having to explain the same stuff twice. Both me and my husband believe in being careful about COVID-19 but we were not treated this way at our regular dentist. I think Dr Weinacker is egotistical and just wanted me out of HIS chair.

I just had my 1st root canal done yesterday. I am 55 and have been dreading this day for so long. I knew it would need to be done eventually and the day finally arrived. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Dr. Weinacker and his staff. They answered all my questions and put me at ease. He allowed plenty of time for the numbing gel to work before administering the injections. I literally did not feel the first one and barely felt the 2nd one. Everything was done so well and I did not have any discomfort afterwards. I am so pleased and would definitely recommend Dr. Weinacker and his staff to anyone. Who knew a root canal could be such an easy experience? The office worked me in very quickly when I was in a sudden onset of pain. They cared about getting me well again. The lady at the desk was kind and helpful. Unfortunately I did not catch her name but she had pretty red hair! I absolutely loved Aliceson. She was very friendly, made me comfortable during the wait time (allowing numbing agent to kick in, etc.) and eased my mind about the procedure by answering questions and being a great conversationalist. Dr. Weinacker is an amazing and very thorough doctor. He made sure I was comfortable and not in pain during any part of the root canal. I would highly recommend him and his staff. Hopefully I wont have any other dental issues but if I do, I trust Dr. Weinacker will fix it!

Terrible customer service and did not care about the pain I was in, only about getting his money before anything was done. I was scheduled for a two visit root canal and he wouldn$0027t allow me to simply bring the $629 for the estimate after Insurance with me on the second visit. Sounds sketchy to me!
