Your practice is only as good as your support staff assists you in the reputation of your practice, The support staff lacks professionalism and proper knowledge of insurance policies. They also fail to properly follow up with patients and engagement with insurance companies. I went to this practice to obtain services however what I was left with was nothing. After approximately three weeks of no follow up and leaving messages for someone to call me back to let me know what was happening I decided to contact the insurance company in order to follow up. Perhaps the insurance company was dragging their feet with processing claims. Well that is not the case. The insurance company provided me with the one date a claim was submitted and payment total. After obtaining this information I decided to try and call the office again in hopes of speaking to someone to follow up. However, after being placed on hold for fifteen minutes I was hung up on. I proceeded to call back again only to be received by a unprofessional hostile office manager. She did not attempt to resolve the matter however she proceeded to tell me that I should call the insurance company back until someone provided me with the answer that I wanted. Somehow that does not seem like the appropriate response. When asked if that is the way she addresses patients she indicated that was the way she responded to me because I was supposed to call her first. After informing her that I have left several messages precisely three during the week no one returned my call. I asked to speak to someone in a higher position who can help me she stated that it was to bad because she is the only person whom I can speak to. I went to the office to speak to the doctor and inform him of the poor communication skills this ignorant woman proceeded to have with me. While he listened to my exchange with another technician at his side he really didn$0027t seem at all interested in rectifying the situation. He listened just to appease me however no resolution was offered. Therefore, I contacted another facility to give them my business seeing as how this facility was not interested. At the other practice I was provided with courtesy and proper directions as to how to follow up with insurance company. Now that is the way in which a consumer is addressed and questions answered. DO NOT SEEK SERVICES FROM THIS PRACTICE BOTTOM LINE END OF STORY!!!!!

Amazing experience I was having pain for more than 48 hours and I went to another dentist that gave me wrong medication. Soon as I show up to Mid fl dentist the receptionist was very friendly and professional I was able to get seen as an ER was in and out in less than 1hr. Dr Sharma gave me correct medications thanks to him Im able to sleep and eat. Def returning back 🙂 thanks Guys amazing

I love the fact that there is just one doctor because you receive all your services from the doctor which I really like. I know I$0027m getting the best service. In the past I have visited dentist with a large staff where you rarely see the dentist and all your services are received from technicians and you hope for the best. My teeth have never been this clean and I am very happy this place was recommended by my 72 year old mother who has been seeing Dr. Sharma for over 15 years. During the consultation Dr. Sharma was very honest with me and his recommendations. I have no insurance so the cost for this cleaning was high but worth every penny. Now I have to follow up with periodical cleanings or it will be a waste of my time, money and efforts. If you want a job well done and healthy teeth and humble people then this is your place.
