I been going here for years and my last experience there made we want to change dentist. I was getting a filling for a cavity and my mouth wouldnt get numb for the drilling. Dr. Vakharia seemed to get annoyed with me because it wasnt numbing as fast as she wouldve liked. I told her it still wasnt that numb (I had just had a filling the week before so I knew I what it was supposed to feel like) and she decided to drill anyways. I felt it and was in EXCRUCIATING pain. When I winced I was once again met with that annoyed tone and expression. It bothered me that she didnt listen to me, her client, in regards to whether my mouth was numb or not and decided to continue her process and her attitude was unacceptable. This experience shocked me but I wont have to worry about it again because I refuse to go back. That filling where I could feel it is now super sensitive to heat which had never been an issue before.

Inn was a butcher and that$0027s the kindest words I have.
