Probably some of the worst customer service I$0027ve seen in awhile. I called when they opened to try and get scheduled for an emergency appointment and the woman who picked up my phone call was extremely rude and unprofessional. I let her know I did not have my insurance card but I would get that information to them by Monday afternoon at the latest. She then refused service to me and told me they couldn$0027t schedule me unless I had it. I asked her since it was an emergency and I was in pain if they could please schedule me and if I had to pay out of pocket I would, because I needed to be seen ASAP. She then told me «Well since you JUST told me you have insurance I can$0027t schedule you.» She wasn$0027t budging after explaining my situation. She made me feel like I was inconveniencing her and taking up her time out of her day.
So, if you$0027re looking at a place who$0027s just all about money and not empathetic towards their patients or their needs. Then this would be the place for you if you$0027re into that sort of thing.
I called another dental clinic right after and got an appointment scheduled for me with no problems, even after telling them I do not have my insurance information yet. She even moved things around so I could be seen in the morning vs the afternoon. Maybe Park Dental should take tips on how to treat their patients.

My wife and stepdaughter went in for first appointments with State insurance. The dentist gave took x-rays and did an exam and said their teeth were fine. A couple of weeks later they both developed toothaches and could see some decay. Today my wife visited our previous dentist who looked and was able to see decay without even looking and confirmed it with x-rays. She will now need a root canal and a crown. I cant even fathom how the dentist at Park could miss this and say everything was fine when even my wife, who has no dental training, could see otherwise. So that means this dentist gave her a clean bill of dental health, billed the state for the visit, and didnt do their job. This isnt the only time Park Dental has left us wanting. My own kids have gone to the Chaska office and received similar sub-par treatment. Best find another dentist if you need something done.

I had my first appointment today (had to find a new dentist when my insurance coverage changed). I was impressed by the efficiency of the office team. The offices are beautiful and the equipment is state of the art. The dental hygienist (Nary) was great. She did an excellent job of cleaning my teeth and explained every step. I took my 3 year old daughter for her first dental visit. This office came recommended by a friend, and I was excited they had pediatric Saturdays. The appointment was easy to schedule. The front desk was very nice in checking us in, but I did have to point out that I had filled out all the new patient forms online as they were requesting me to fill them out again (they ended up finding the online information).
Our hygienist (Brianna) was amazing. She was so patient and enthusiastic with my daughter and showed her how all the tools worked, and my nervous daughter soon was very excited to have her teeth cleaned. I cannot say enough good things about her. I really wish I had a hygienist like her when I was little!
Our dentist (Dr. Rabinowitz), however, was a different story. I didn$0027t expect a parade or a party for the fact that it was my three year old$0027s first visit, but I did think a little bit more enthusiasm and perhaps… warmth? would have been helpful when you see a three year old in the chair who is there for the first time. He clearly came off as the senior dentist who was annoyed he had to work on the pediatric Saturday. I regret not taking my daughter to the dentist I already see (and who goes above and beyond to establish a warm and trusting relationship their adult AND child patients), as clearly not all dentists are the same. I$0027ll take a dentist who makes an effort to make a young child at ease and establish rapport with him/her over convenient Saturday appointments.
The three stars are for the hygienist (actually she would be five stars). But the quality of care from Dr. Rabinowitz drags it down to three.

Everyone I$0027ve worked with here has been extremely friendly and helpful. Over the phone I have always been able to get prompt answers to my questions. My latest visit was a wisdom teeth extraction and Dr. Miller was fantastic. I did it without sedation and she talked me through the whole process to make sure I was fully numb and doing okay. It was surprisingly easy and quick! I was in an out within an hour for the whole procedure. 10/10 would recommend.

My regular Park Dental location is near my workplace in Downtown Minneapolis. Because I needed a significant amount of dental work, and because any dental work causes me anxiety, Park Dental offered me the option of oral sedation performed by a specialist at their St Louis Park location, and even did a free consultation to ensure this would be a good option for me. Essentially, I was able to have 100% of the work I needed done (about 3 hours) at once while I was under the pleasant influence of Halcion (Triazolam). The dentist told me later that I didn$0027t even flinch when she numbed my gums (I don$0027t remember this either), and overall it was a hazy, sleepy experience, not at all frightening. I hope I$0027ll never need to do as much work again, but if I did I would absolutely request oral sedation.

Dentist agreed to fix half of my cavities and in the end fixed less than 1/4th of them. Dentist wasted 40 minutes of the 3 hour appointment just attempting anesthesia. Park Dental ended up charging full price while doing only half of the work that was promised. This is the least professional Dental clinic I have been to in 30 years. One of the fillings fell out only a week later and the Dentist told me it would last for a year at least.
