My spouse was recommended to see him with a serious fracture on both sides of his jaw. We went to the appointment and he seemed happy to help, and even set a surgery date and time. We receive a call from him a few days before the scheduled surgery to hear him say he cant do it. Excuse me? Your a doctor? And you practice medicine? But, yet you have a patient that is in terrible condition then ensure them and the family that you will take care of them, but apparently never even looked at the CT Scan to examine the injury well enough that you have to call them days later to inform them that you incapable of performing the surgery. How sad, disappointing and unprofessional. I would expect MUCH more from a doctor thats been practicing for so long.

Dr. Bondurant may be a good surgeon, but the office staff especially the bookkeeper will screw you over fast, was due a refund , then refund was decreased and now they say I owe them more money when I paid for my services already, they will not return your calls and are just horrible to deal with. Keep your statements handy, because they will swear you didnt pay them. I have been waiting over a month to hear back from them and they will not call you. I swear you need a forensic accountant to deal with these horrible people and make sure your account is correct. Beware!!!! Id just as well go elsewhere next time instead of having to deal with this headache. Becky is the bookkeepers name. Watch her. Shady stuff going on.
