Hours clearly say open Sunday. I just spent $20 dollars on an Uber and all the doors are locked. I called and went to messaging. And based on other reviews they got right in so I expected a similar service. Please be cautious about the other reviews everyone. As they could be related to the offices somehow.

I$0027m a dentist in bountiful and have lots of friends that are also. I could see any number of great dentists for my own personal care. I drive down to see Dave not just because he is my brother, but because I trust and have seen his high quality work. I$0027ve had a root canal done by him that looks and feels great. I$0027ve had multiple filling done by him. I recently had a dental implant done by him. Dave always gives a painless shot (yes even dentists hate getting shots). I think the girls working there are great and very nice also. All around really great office with an expert dentist.

Dr. McGowan is very welcoming, easy to talk to, and extremely knowledgeable. I$0027ve had terrible tooth pain for the past 6+ months, and he$0027s the 3rd dentist I$0027ve been to. The first two had no idea what was causing the pain, but Dr. McGowan easily identified an enflamed nerve and gave me many options on how to eradicate the issue. I opted for a root canal, which I can$0027t say I$0027m excited for, but I finally feel like I can trust that my dentist knows what he$0027s doing, so I$0027m at ease with it. His team is also very knowledgeable, very welcoming, and fantastic at making you feel comfortable and at ease. 10/10 would recommend!

Don$0027t get your root canals done by McGowan (I had to get two of mine completely redone by an endodontist due to lingering pain), or your crowns (I had to get two replaced because he left big gaps behind in two he did for me – one of these was different than the two root canals he did incompletely), or your wisdom teeth (my wife had pain and a swollen face for two weeks, not normal). Or maybe anything. We$0027ve moved around due to my wife and I$0027s careers after having seen Dr. McGowan for about a year more than 5 years ago. After two separate dentists and one endodontist across the states of Utah and Washington examined us and told us they were shocked at the work he did, I came back here to finally write this review because I don$0027t take writing bad reviews lightly. I don$0027t want to affect somebody$0027s business just because I have a grudge. But three dental professionals think he was this bad on top of my wife and I going through this much pain and money, so he probably is. We considering suing him but didn$0027t have the time or money. Seriously, stay away. I$0027m not sure what is going on: he$0027s a nice guy, but maybe he$0027s just not good at being a dentist or doesn$0027t take the time to be.

Murray Park Dental and Dr. Mcgowan are by far the best dentist I have ever been to! I had horrible pain in my tooth and called them to see when they could see me. They said immediately, so I ran over there. It is just a few blocks from my job. I filled out some paperwork and was in the chair within minutes. The office staff was incredibly friendly and the place itself was immaculately clean. They did an x-ray and told me to wait a bit. Shortly after Dr. Mcgowan introduced himself, a very pleasant and welcoming man, he made me feel extremely comfortable. He explained he could remove the tooth and it would only be $150!! I was shocked, for the amount of pain I was in I expected hundreds. So he numbed me and got to work within minutes removing my old festering tooth. He was gentle and in no way did I feel uncomfortable. Before I knew it the procedure was over and I was on my way back to work. When all was said and done I was back at work in about an hour. I would highly recommend Murray Park Dental to anyone looking for a competent and affordable dentist. Thanks Dr Mcgowan! You are a life saver!
